What a nightmare mess they have moved into this time. It is possible to see ones place in the queue but only at the top level it was useful to be able to see the position in a particular rate as well. For me this is definitely a backwards step. The interesting thing is that at one point I got completely lost as the flow through the screens makes very little sense at the moment - I'm guessing it's because it has been changed a'la big bang rather than a small change and it will require more familiarity. I'm also guessing that it makes gaming of the rates a lot harder but hopefully that's just a familiarity thing and once we are used to this change we will be able to get a better sense again. Mind you I just got used to the last changes and they changed it again. I still think this race to the most simplistic toy market (Tablets and phone) seems to be counter productive in my eyes ... Hmm the tablet and phone thing just reminded me, last weekend I was away so was trying to us RS on the ipad, neither Safari nor Puffin worked. I never managed to log on at all with Safari, and Puffin didnt work properlyAnyone else have the same issues? I normally only use the ipad when away, it worked fine in June but this weekend nope. Getting back to the changes, I now think my take is as follows. When they started out they probably sat down and looked at it from a lenders view, what stats would we want, how would we want to place our money, what would we want to consider when doing that, and the flows and screens were designed to follow that. I believe the mind set has now changed to, how do we make this as black box as possible, and thats it.

This has beaten me. How can you see where you are in the queue then?

thanks for visiting this and other sites- much appreciated although I wonder why the hell we have to rely on people like you rather than FS! My thoughts as well. Why can't FS send someone round loan sites to take a view snaps for our and THEIR benefit.

I have had this as well. I have a negative balance of £14.56 in my non ISA account. I have 33 overdue loans in that account for £979.99 and accrued unpaid interest of £285.63. What a conundrum.

I had to go back into the new site to withdraw. And then click on the Invest tab to withdraw!!! A bit of a pain.

Interesting article - I see that lenders in ordinary accounts are prioritised to get their money lent first. I wondered why my latest ISA transfer has been sat there for several days. Yet at the same time they are offering investment and referral bonuses. Are you relying on autolend? See 4 posts up. Otherwise I don't understand what you mean by "sat there". You don't see anything more for an ISA investment unlike the Classic a/c. No. I invested my ISA funds manually once they were received. They have now been invested but it took a week. The point remains that ordinary accounts have priority over ISA funds.

I was surprised how quickly and seamlessly my transfer took place. The transfer must have been by bank transfer whereas others institutions will only do cheque with the postal and cheque clearing delays this entails.

How did you get this update - by email? I have looked at my account and it seems to have changed but I have nothing to compare it with. I now have a realised loss column and don't remember seeing that before. I have clicked on the red i in the total column and this shows a suspended balance increase from £195 to £445 over a year. But it would be nice for them to draw my attention to any changes.

The update on 20/12/18 said that receivers had visited the site and secured the property. Well they didn't make it very secure. Are they responsible for this loss?

I'm thinking of investing a few thousand of next years ISA. What puts me off however is that the interest would have to be withdrawn to be re-used. Is there any way I can keep it in Proplend to be re-used? It would take a long time to amount up to the minimum investment.

Surely this will depress rates in the yearly market if they are increasing the supply.
