So now the bonus is to be repeated. Business must be booming, or take up disappointing.

Tempting, but I hope this doesn't result in surplus money needing to be lent and cash drag for investors,

I thought the art was in the custody of FS. How come Mr G**** has been able to sell it, acccording to today's Times.

It's not just new investments. I did not renew my investment in the Italian Books, but have not received my funds, due to paperwork.

13% after 30 minutes, and a lot of that must have been renewal by default rather than intent.

Cash drag does seem a bit high at the moment, 92.4% deployment and £1.340m queue. It could be due to August holiday slowdown and will probably pick up again in September.

Well I Seem to be the only one who hasn't a clue who's who in this one. Not being a member of dd. Any chance of someone updating me. Does it look good for us to get our money or not? Thanks in advance. I'm in the same position as you, not enough posts yet!

Photos were published by FS in April 2018. They are ugly and quite unsuited to the British market.

In view of the difficulty with IFISA to cash ISA, and IFISA to S&S ISA transfers, I trust that all authorised P2P lenders accept IFISA to IFISA transfers.

I had a fixed rate ISA Bond with Nationwide mature earlier this year and transferred the proceeds out to several P2P providers. I have now decided to withdraw the money from one of them back to Nationwide as funds become available, but Nationwide have told me they only accept ISA transfers from banks and building societies. Has anyone else experienced this. Is this a common problem the P2P IFISA funds?

Having looked at the photographs I'm not surprised they won't sell.

Just noticed that this is only 90sqm. Is it worth anything close to 275K? Or even the loan amount of 190K? No on both counts. It was sold for £137,000, 72% of the loan amount. Loan closed.
