GS ought to consider amending their website when rates change.

Rates have dropped again today. Market rate now 5.9%, and priority rate is 5.8%. It won't be long before GS are down to the same rate as AC Property Secured account at 5.5%. This may also be a better option for me because AC rates are stable and wont keep dropping every couple of weeks like they do on GS. It's also backed by a PF. How do you know this? The website is still showing the market rate at 6.0%. Very poor communication from Growth Street.

At the moment we have borrower offers up to 4.8%, and a lender dumps £71k in at 3.4%.

My first default. £860,000 loan, some big hitters in there. Any idea how much we will get back and how long it might take?

When I first invested ISA funds I was told the queue was 24 days. I never waited anything like that.

I will soon have an ISA account and will continue with a non-ISA account for the time being. I suppose a good strategy going forward would be to put prime loans in the ISA, and riskier loans in the non-isa account so that any defaults can then be written off against taxable income.

Has anyone heard anything about a Growth Street ISA. I did ask 'Freddy' some time back but he was non committal. This would tip the balance in favour of remain.

I had a £5,000 deposit a couple of months ago which went entirely into one loan.

I have my tax statement for Ratesetter for 2016/17, but unlike Zopa there is no detail on loans deemed irrecoverable during the year. Does this mean that this information is not made available by RS and losses cannot therefore be offset against income?

Since day one I have sent all my repayments to Plus and have paid in no new money. I am now about 40% Plus, and no loan over £10.

Bristol, 43.86 LTV, £60,000. I wonder how many seconds we will have to submit bids.

Does anyone have experience of early redemption of investment. Are they currently allowed, what figure are you getting compared to book value?
