Last Update: 20/11/2019 The Administrator is liaising with the sales agent in order to put an agreed timeframe in place to invite full and final offers. That was 2 months ago. Either the Administrator or the Sales Agent (or both) are pretty useless if they can't agree a timescale within 2 months! Could we have an update on this one please SophieThing MoneyThingThanks

Has anybody else requested their file to be transferred to their new MP / asked for it to be sent to them? I've been researching this further today and the 4 working days doesn't have the clarity I would like, the cut off day may be tomorrow so best to get those Emails in. If you don't and assuming you have kept all the correspondence it won't take much for your new MP to pick up the case, you could send the previous correspondence with the next MPs letter. My MP stood down before the election, so I requested my case file be transferred to the incoming MP (once known) at that stage. Can I add my thanks for all your work Duck. Wishing you a Happy Christmas and fruitful New Year!

Not that I know of but it may be possible. Why does it matter to you if the loan is defaulted rather than late? And you can't sell it once it has been defaulted, can you?

duck I wonder whether you could post a tally of the number of MPs which you are aware of have written to the FSA on this? Would be interesting to know, and obviously there may well be some which you aren't aware of........thanks again for all your efforts which are much appreciated.

<SNIP> I checked my MSE Credit Club Experian Search History and I can see a typo in what was submitted by Lendy on 01/10/2019. This is the first time that I have ever needed to provide this type of verification. Will this never end... Santander certified my docs FOC earlier in the week.
Likewise I've always gone straight through these checks. Having finally got around to checking my Experian searches there's TWO mistakes in the address used by L in a search on 1/10.
Can't imagine any info would be forthcoming if I was to ask, but it would be really disappointing to find out this hoop-jumping was down to a case of rushy-rushy fat fingered typing.....
Santander refused to certify mine and said they only certify documents relating to customers taking out one of their mortgages! Very helpful. Not. HSBC said the same. The post office wanted £12.55. So I tried at my local police station and they were happy to do it FOC. Full marks to them!!

I have also had a reply from my MP's office stating that he has written to the FSA, and will update me once he has a response. I have also heard from the FSA asking for permission to discuss my complaint with my MP, which I have obviously given:)

Many thanks, Duck. I have put in a complaint along the lines you suggested. The more people that do this the better I would imagine.

Hi all
Is there a boilerplate complaint forum members could use to send to the FCA? If there is many more people are likely to send in a complaint and this can only be positive I would have thought?
If anyone has a form of words they feel could be used it would be appreciated if this could be posted, unless there already is one which I have missed, in which case a link would be great help.
many thanks
