Well this seems to have firmly established itself at the top of the SM now with over £300k available, surpassing the perennial MTAS loans and even last weeks Scottish cashback flippers!
Have I missed some bad news on this, or is it the lack of news that has people getting a bit twitchy?

I'm also happy with my current level of investment in ABL, but I'm hoping their forthcoming Portfolio Loans will offer a new avenue for diversification. I'll increase my investment in the AC 'grey-box' accounts once they fix their diversification issues and clarify the situation with the provision fund, which will hopefully be in the next month or so. COL have some good loans, but most of the new offerings are development loans similar to those offered at the usual-suspect sites, albeit they are generally more competitive on rates / cashback. I've just ventured back in to Lendy after almost a year , but only in two or three of their well progressed development loans (H***. Quay being the main one). Wise Alpha and Property Partner are next on my list to try based on my research, but I don't have any first-hand experience of them yet so can't recommend.

Where are you getting 14 + 2 from may I ask? Three new loans launched on Collateral last Friday - two of them still available with the cashback.

Can't see this one filling by Friday as it stands. A similar amount was left on the Scottish pubs and that went in about 48 hours after 1% cashback was added - I think this would probably go at least as fast in similar circumstances. Perhaps MT have a tighter margin on this loan, or perhaps they are just wary of establishing a trend in offering cashback when a loan is not filling quickly... wouldn't want people thinking they could increase their returns by delaying their investments! Although with 14% + 2% cashback available elsewhere at the moment they may have to let this one go if they are not willing or able to sweeten the deal.

No surprise that a 1% cashback is being applied given the slow take up I'll be watching with interest to see what impact this has - currently 43.36% available.

Sad news for investors... loan is expected to repay early Feb. This was one of my favorites.

Yep, can be annoying. I'm in the process of transferring funds in to the new ISA account... I really don't remember typing all those 9's!!

It's certainly taking a while to liquidate my non-ISA PSA holding... I guess most people are putting their ISA funds in to GBBA2 (as will I once I'm out of the PSA!).

Agree with most of the above, in that the HSE notices are nothing to be concerned about - has there ever been a HSE site visit where they didn't raise a single thing?!?
The development is clearly behind schedule (quite how far behind is still unclear), which is probably the main reason for the SM availability. MT have already flagged up the possibility of an extension being required in their November update, so I'm not bailing on this one just yet!

Just noticed a discrepancy on the Loan Details page for this one (clearly no one reads these things ) MoneyThing - with less than two weeks remaining, is the expected repayment still imminent?

Got in before the rush - now getting "Ooops! Unfortunately the servers must be extremely busy for you to see this timeout message." Very simple to set up, but I was hoping to be able to move my existing investments in the two 7% accounts straight in to the ISA... I'm sure I read that this was going to be possible somewhere? Oh well, guess I'll have to start afresh with GBBA2 tomorrow!
