In now - make sure it is zero zero and not O (OH) O
I had a message from Google saying somebody had been having a nibble at my password file - should have checked it earlier...

Had a quick reread of this one - I see Mr *ickles is involved you know a friend of our favourite borrower Mr *ar Originally I said that many of these building projects were problematic which was undoubtably correct However Sir Ozboy and others questioned the ethics of what was going on here which I never initially realised
Mr *ickles keeps cropping up and I feel his significance is key - some days I get out my pen and paper and try to make sense of just what is happening here. I have reached a POSSIBLE conclusion which is this the entire loan book of FS (with the agreement of certain directors was basically under the control of a cabal of borrowers who had a track record of "problematic" loans.
This would explain many things not least why there was this mystery £0.5m injection from Belize and why perfecting charges etc was not done very well!
Sadly for them somebody talked and the rest is history....
This may be total gonads so I am accusing anybody of anything in particular but clearly there is something very,, very wrong here.
At least we had the FCA involved as they have shown their expertise in declaring no people were debanked for their political views - not sure which is the bigger farce this ludicrous statement or FS...
Give me a break!

Yes - I got £1.61 back spread over the following 3 loans
1586956834 Development Project Formby - Renewal
2452378963 Development in The Wirral - Alfred Road - Consolidation and renewal
1188052941 Property in Greenwich - Renewal
I have other loans which defaulted and yet got nothing back - well at least £1.61 is more than I was expecting!
So long since I withdrew money I had forgotten how to do it...

Yes this one is very "interesting" have done a bit of internet research about Mr *arring who maybe should have stuck to being a DJ!
However I notice he was a director of a company called Pu*sant so I thought I would have a look at the other directors I seemed to recognise one or 2 names BUT who did I find - clue big fat ex-marketing manager yes N *ackett!
I also see *ARRING, Spencer John Coite (how common is Coite!) set-up *CSTARR CAPITAL in July 2023 - maybe to put his court winnings into!
*SCTARR is, I guess * from *ohn, C - Coite ,S- Spencer, TARR from Tarring
So what the hell is going on here - this would probably be obvious to a commercial accountant but not to me
I am sure this land purchase is very relevant and I have a theory as to what has gone on here
I am not broadcasting it as only a theory but I do wonder what was the relationship between FS and some of the major lenders
The might have got away with it but they were sussed and thwarted and hence all this legal action
Whatever we will get the truth sooner or later...

apparently on the market for 1.3m - so owes £1m and lives there for 3 years free - a nice large house and we pay for this rubbish
loan meant to end in Sept 2018!
what a bloody joke - as I see it there is no reference to the FS loan in this bloke's business accounts - mind you he has been a director of over 50 companies of which over 50 have gone bust
I have a very bad feeling about this one - especially as he may be "divorced" with children...

We nend an expert opinin but I think it is is 3 years ?
But IMHO this is a complete red herring and this bloke is playing for itme and quite possibly in this deal as well - I bet he has planned for going bust, ths won't be the first time and he is lauging at us. Sadly going bust will not ensure the return of our money
If Fs had done their job properly if not legally then we would not be in this mess
Looks to me as if we have been completely shafted...

latest update from FS : A 6 month loan secured by a first legal charge against a freehold development site in Liverpool
well reading through the forum this seems yet another case of blatant fraud to me with OUR loan being converted to a second charge with the result we have all been stuffed

I guess to make the guarantor bust but why bother with basic English fluency it is only OUR money!
Of course he is frustrating the position and much as I would like to see it this will not ensure the return of our money
FS have lent this client loadsa money, said that my loan this was a primary charge at 59% of a building worth 3.5m and showed us computer mock-ups rather than the rubbish state it is in. All the details were totally WRONG Do we have any sort of audit trail for the money - about as likely as Anne Widdecombe being world cage fighter of 2023...
This is yet another total bloody disgrace and IMHO there should be fraud charges bought

maybe the case here ? But many hard criminals do use lawyers as they need them to try and stay one step ahead of the law
Personally I think some of the FS board have been stupid, naive and greedy and did not realise what sort of characters they were getting involved with....why the hell we don't have them and others behind bars is a complete loss to me

Had another look at this one - I think the below is key
I ask myself WHY - I refuse to believe this was a simple investment and JC Starr wanted something back and this Quistclose claim is a red-herring
I have really been thinking about this - am I correct in thinking there may possibly be a front man of JC - possibly JP behind this because I think for £0.5m JC Starr wanted a bit more than passive investment - maybe to control the large building plot or possibly to "own" FS
Whatever there is something very badly wrong here and the SFO should be investigating as personally I think the FS directors are not the only offenders
I work damn hard as a developer, make little money and yet we see greedy criminal wazzocks laugh at the system and get let off by the FCA - call that natural justice!

This is totally bloody disgusting - there is more than enough evidence here for a criminal prosecution
So what happened to their ex Ceo - yes promoted to chairman of the BoE where he is equally bloody useless but on a vast salary which we pay for
And people say the establishment is corrupt, out of touch and self-serving...

Had a so-called update
This is pathetic - of course the bankrupt is not co-operating as he does not give a stuff about anybody else and if it is the bloke I think it is he has a very problematic past and linked to a high powered lawyer
This whole damn affair has been going on since 2018!
Looked at the valuation of my loan £5.6m and 17.7% LTV - yeah right!
We have clearly been scammed here and I suspect by several people trying to scam the scammers Yet another 100% write off - why worry it is only few millions into the pockets of crooks from decent people and this should never have happened...
