What do current shareholders think of the "CrowdProperty Equity Capital Fundraise"?

Alot of modern day medical problems are linked to over consumption of carbs, especially sugar.
If people would just cut out the sugar (& hidden) in their diet it would help greatly.
I have been on keto/low carbs for two months & my blood pressure has come down 10-20% to normal.
My inflammation has been reducing over that time. A condition which I have to take daily medicine for.

Sturgeon has way more things in her closet than Salmond but hey it will all come out in the end.
Her husband has also got a closet full of stuff that wouldn't look out of place in a pantomime.

Am I not allowed to have my own POV ?
I knew someone would pull me up on the Silver & gold comment & yet I am up 50% ATM on silver.
Silver has a cycle same as everything else.
Disclaimer: don't buy gold or silver. Do your own research.

I decided to stop investing in CP a few months ago due to the future economic conditions of the country. I can't see a happy ending there.
I also sold my shares in CP. I do like to get out at the top. I understand I am probably the only one but my reasons are FS & Collatarial (remember them?).
I have 15% of my total in the process of being transfered to Iweb. Don't know how long it will take to get it all out but most of the loans I have left are close to the end than not.
Best of luck to all remaining.
Hi jj , I really appreciate hearing views that are contrary to my own. It makes me question whether I've allowed myself to get carried away with the hype, so thanks for your post. Having considered your concerns, I just can't see a parallel between CP and FS and Coll. CP seems to be a step above in terms of its management. Most crucially, it's valuations have proven to be accurate across very many properties for over 6 years now. So, it would require a pretty severe property downturn for its relatively short term projects to endanger our capital. Is this what you fear / expect? I also have a contrary view of stock markets right now, in that my belief is that investing in shares right now would be getting in at the top. Though I should say that my judgement on this has generally been proven to be extremely poor, so you'll probably be right. I've had a pile of cash waiting to go into my preferred global index funds while I've watched them rise by 10% (I should have listened to hazellend a month or so ago and just gone all-in).
I actually agree with everything you have said in regards to comparing the P2P companies. However (lol), I see P2P is entirely reliant on confidence. If you look at the other P2P that have not failed but have had confidence issues they have completely changed their dynamics. A desirable P2P to invest in can change like a flick of a switch.
With regards the transfer to iweb, well there is more than shares to invest in. You could invest in ETFs, funds & dare I say silver & gold. Also there is speak of the great rotation this year. Only certain stocks have increased in value, tech stocks.
I will still be hanging around here for a while yet though.

To be honest I don't understand why people are taking holidays in these times.
All I would say is people who do are extremely selfish. Hence the story.

A Jewish man couldn't get to sleep because he thought that there were demons under his bed. Every now & again he would look and find there were no demons as soon as he saw there were no demons he would try to go to sleep again but again thought there were demons under his bed. This when on every night & struggled to get any sleep.
He proceeded to go and see a psychiatrist. Every week, costing him £600 a month. When the time came to make a pledge to the Synagogue he told the Rabbi he couldn't because of the psychiatrist's bill. The Rabbi asked what was the problem. After explaining what the problem the Rabbi gave him a piece of advice. He took the rabbi's advice & was able to solve his sleep problem.
The Psychiatrist rang him up to ask why he had stopped coming in as he thought he was making progress. The Jewish man explained he didn't need to attend now as the Rabbi has giving him advice on solving his sleep problem. The Psychiatrist asked what advice did the Rabbi give. In reply he said "cut off the legs of the bed".

I am certain, at least digital currency by the central banks is coming.
China is already experimenting with digital currency.
The problem with crypto is if it has any sort of success Governments will ban it, you will lose the lot and/or end up in jail.
Through digital the Governments can issue UBI, therefore inducing inflation. Spend it within a period of time or lose your digital money.

From what I've seen previously we export a lot of really great fish and seafood that we apparently don't want/like. I actually do like it and although you can get it it's stupid that we export so much.
For your information.

Given the Brexiteer obsession with fish, and the fact that half the UKs fishing waters are actually Scottish fishing waters... ... it would be a huge shame if the SNP missed the opportunity to change its slogan to 'So long, and thanks for all the fish' And because of fish we didn't starve during the war. Seems to have been quite vital back then.
Why not now. We have to import most of our food. Seems crazy to me having to import fish.
