If so, the loan amount was since corrected on the website to £725,000.00
Tweaks like this are not uncommon on ABL and this serves as a reminder that the pre-live grace period on loans is particularly important.

On the contrary, I would rather development resources focus on better optimising the already platform-agnostic web site for mobile devices. I'm not sure what an app could really offer except perhaps being a little more resilient when ABL are being hammered with attention at the launch of new loans (which hasn't really been a problem as long as I've been here). We already get notifications through email so that's not so useful, at a stretch I supppose support for deposits through Apple Pay/Google Pay might be neat.

To my surprise I had just a deposit processed same-day. A tranfer issued last night was available in Unbolted at 7:30am the following morning A transfer then issued mid morning was deposited that same day at 11:46am.
It would be nice if this is a sign of a more regular data feed from the deposit bank.
Edit: Tried another deposit as a test, available just under 3 hours later. This is looking to be pretty great.

I'd quite prefer a plain descriptive name like Easy Exit (Or perhaps to me more appealing would be Early Exit as it is the earliness of exit that sets this apart from the normal SM, which is pretty easy to begin with)
A wacky joke name, or something more identifiably matching the uOwn brand is cute but ultimately not really a helpful description of what the offering actually is.

I got 6 allocations of c. £5 each w/c 05 March compared to 12 allocations w/c 26 Feb. I'd be happy if they picked up the COL bling. ..and I got 3 and 5 allocations for those two weeks. Comparing 2 consecutive weeks doesn't really tell us anything. I'd welcome ex-COL borrowers (those with the relatively liquid portable assets) renewing here, myself. Even as a small hitter I'd appreciate more £5 allocations.

Didn't expect visible progress so quickly. How promising!
The new image is in the same location as the old, so it may still show the old cached image. I had to trigger a hard refresh (Shift+F5) in chrome.
Edit: Also the image is a very slightly different shade of blue to the website background. Clearly this deserves to be discussed at great length.

I have tried to log on to web site using Firefox but have received saying that " site is not secure and is not allowing site to be axcessed " using Firefox. Tomtom I'd mentioned this in one of the Administration threads last week - Their SSL cert expired last saturday. Not especially concerning whilst there clearly isn't anyone maintaining the site. I'm a little more irked that an appropriate placeholder hasn't been provided but can understand if this is all we get, the main server being brought down and us being served whatever placeholder remained and nobody was allowed to touch it. When there is some kind of change you'd expect a new certificate to come with it.

Note to self: don’t leave piles of cash sitting unlent in P2P holding accounts for longer than necessary. Transfer it back into bank until needed. Yep, something tells me nobody will leave cash in any P2P ever again Yes, Please do empty your Unbolted accounts, people. My balance is not being touched as far as I'm concerned and I could use the allocations Firing off withdrawal requests for the scraps everywhere else now, though. Edit: To clarify here, I mean to imply nothing suspicious or malveasant going on, just that holding a cash balance to encourage loan allocations is how Unbolted lending works. A joke.

Do firms have to be FCA regulated to trade ? I had money in FC before it was FCA regulated. FAQs from DEC 2016
18. How is Collateral regulated? Collateral (UK) Limited is authorised and regulated by the FCA. Registration Number 656714. We currently have interim permission from the FCA and full permissions have been applied for.
Apparently not. But we were told they were.
Well they were right, According to fca-consumer-credit-interim.force.com/CS_RegisterSearchPageNew?accId=656714 that Registration number (presumably under interim approval) was registered to "Collateral (UK) Limited" until 29/01/2018, where the Registered name switched to "Regal Pawnbroker Limited".

I'm hesitant to stir the pot here before seeing their statement, but the FCA talk has me itching. I'm unable to find Collateral UK (By name or postcode lookups) on register.fca.org.uk/ShPo_Homepage, but can find all the other P2P platforms I'm invested in. Closest thing I can find is a since lapsed reference previously registered to a "Collateral (UK) Limited" from 24/03/2016, and now registered to a personally related "Regal Pawn Broker Limited" since 29/01/2018, I'm not confident enough to make any claims about could have happened. I'm awaiting their statement with much curiousity. Edit: Ha - their SSL cert expires this saturday, too.

Pretty happy with the SM experience, currently ~ £9800 £4742 available on that property. I've managed to sell some shares without issue although I got in early. They've provided an article on how the resale market works. 2%+0.5% charge to the buyer, Interest accrues until sale. Edit: Just withdrew my resale market proceeds and my bank account was credited within an hour.

Filling fast - 63% in 5 minutes
Edit: 8:20pm - Jumped from 90% to 60% Filled? I guess the initial percentange is to drawdown minimum.

It's a renewal with only £195 likely to be available.
I don't think I've ever seen a bid limit on a renewal.
