As I have stated, my investment balance is not increasing over time. In fact I can't shift my remaining 250 quid so I don't think throwing another thousand at it will be very helpful. Thanks anyway for the suggestion. How much have you get set as the maximum for each loan? and are you investing in all loan types or just the one £300, All.

greatmarko I agree I would be happy with a steady flow of quality bling loans, however I'm finding my cash balance rising as there is not enough investment coming through. I have been investing steadily for about 6 months so not sure if that makes me a new lender. I love the site and would happily keep on increasing my holding but that seems impossible at the moment.

New loans has slowed to a trickle of dribs and drabs, repayments are outstripping investments and my cash balance is creeping upwards. I'd love to deposit more but for the first time I am considering the opposite.. withdrawal. ashwinp I would welcome an update on future plans, how you see your business growing to meet demand, your IFISA plans and how that will be managed, loans pipeline growth etc as it feels to me that currently the wind is dropping out of the Unbolted sails. Or is this it, take it or leave it?

Agreed. Not only that but the LTV looks more like 100% to me. I'm not biting, despite being desperate for some investments on UNB. How did you work the LTV out? It's stated at 50%, but looks more like between 31-62% to me if you believe Christies valuations of course. And don't forget the director's guarantee (yes I know ) I stand corrected star dust, I missed the word 'each' in the email therefore LTV around 50%. Apologies and thank you.

Zilch for me on 6th. I guess I wasn't very random yesterday.

Random does not mean an equal distribution so I would question whether this could be described as fairer. It will be fairer for some than others, only we have no influence on the outcome as we did previously.
Also it's quite odd how unb implement these changes without any consultation with their lenders.

New business loan at 0.8% but remember it's not covered by the trusts. And yet the rate is lower..why? Am I missing something?

A HNWI who has to start pawning their assets can't be all that HNW anyways, in fact probably just a plain old I like the rest of us..

I'd transferred some cash to unbolted with the intention of buying some more of this tomorrow (I'd already pledged all the cash I had on there), so I'm going to be requesting a withdrawal as soon as it's credited. I suspect there will be a few similar transactions in the morning. At least I get to test out their withdrawal process for the first time! Well done to unbolted for spotting this before it went too far! Agreed. Excellent work by Unbolted. Their approach and their open communication really gives me confidence.

It's been a slow day on Unbolted. I guess they've been too busy at Unbolted Towers compiling default stats to organise any new loans..

I realised later on after posting my daft question. For some reason I was thinking gold trust loans were at .75%. Doh! Senility draws ever closer.. Thanks for the replies though chaps, apologies for being dumb.

I was too late. But what's with the 0.65% rate?
