I had no problems either, I only get allocated PF protected loans.
I think the loan stub refers to was the one where amounts were pre-allocated with an option to reduce. If you weren't around to see it I guess you could end up buying inadvertently. This looks like a bit of an experiment by unb which, if it causes discontent, they may choose not to repeat. I certainly would not support this approach.

It has PF protection so not too much of a risk.

I also reduced my commitment from 300 to 50, due to no provision protection. Also not sure about the quoted LTV as the collateral is shared with and secondary to a previous loan.

Thanks stub8535. Noted of course. How many F***m loans have repaid in full to date?

Have any of the previous F**** art advance loans repaid yet?
I've not taken up the invitations previously because I wasn't sure if I fully understood the risk (art, very subjective, valuation provided by the borrower, not covered by PF), or if the rate fully reflected the risk. However if we start to see a good track record of repayment on these then I would likely reconsider.
No cash in my account now anyway..

I stopped mentioning new loans here after the unb email became available because I thought that covered it. However I'm happy to post in future if it helps. Even with bid limits loans are still going fast, but it's definitely better than before.

Hello Matthew,
Thanks for responding. It doesn't sound normal - because its not. I have been on holiday and got my dates mixed up, my error and my apologies. The reality is more like 1 LWT : 3 RWT which is more understandable taking volume variation into account. I will try to be patient
The comment re the transfer process was a general comment rather than LW specific - in fact I have found LW to be very efficient and helpful (within the constraints of such an archaic system) in this respect. The whole process from posting (!) the transfer form to seeing cash lent can be somewhat lengthy.
Thanks again, I think I'll just go and have a lie down - being back at the coal face is obviously taking its toll on me.

I have 5k transferred in and waiting. Estimated matching time at end of June was 7 days. Today, 7 working days later, estimated time is.. 6 days. So 1 day LWT (LW Time) equals 7 days real world time. Very disappointing. Add this to the archaic ISA transfer process and the whole thing becomes rather uninviting.
