Looks like now it will be a case of who reacts fastest to the email.

I think this board may have just become redundant... Smaller loans executed on the Unbolted platform are now put on sale for direct purchase with a per-lender limit for the first twelve hours (currently set at £25). If you wish to be notified by email when new loans are put on sale on the Unbolted platform, you can choose to do so at unbolted.com/uk/lenders/email-preferences/.

Watch on sale with £25. Loving your responsive to the forum discussion ashwinp Yep, a big thank you to ashwinp for listening to and acting so swiftly on lender feedback. I'll second that. It's nice to get a piece of a small loan at last! Great to see everyone who wants to getting the opportunity.

I'd say £25 for 6k loan No brainer solution mathematically loan value/ number of investors with funds as base line then rounded down to nearest £10 as the 12 hour bid limit. Allows people to move money in and invest that did not have money available. Should then soak up all the loan. I'd support a limit of loan size / 100. First 100 to take up seems reasonable. The current first 1 (potentially) does not. As with all these things it's very subjective.

I just happened to log in and there it was! I looked at the details and it said valuation was 2500-3500, with loan 7.5k. Something wrong there I thought so didn't buy. Then email arrived stating valuation 25-35k. Ahah, makes more sense I thought and hurried back, but too late all gone 1 min later. If the valuation was correct on the buy page I would have had a bite. Are they now correct(ed)? Yes, correctly states £25000-£30000 now (just looked under Recent Loans). I remember seeing the wrong valuation too, although I didn't think twice given I didn't want a piece at that rate. I would have had a piece at that rate given the very low LTV and general lack of loans coming through. However I wasn't interested at LTV 300%! :-)

SM would be good, increased loan flow even better. Feels very slow at the moment.

Yes, congratulations to Unbolted. I'm hoping an ISA is not too far away, and that we are not swamped when it arrives.

I had a quick look at this out of curiosity, I note that the same auction house tried to sell one of his pieces last year, but it failed to attract any bids. Is the previously unsold piece now being used as security for this loan with Unbolted? Other concern: 'May' a strengthening £ influence the decisions of any potential buyers from overseas come July? Presumably also the estimate for the value of the asset has been provided by the loan recipient themselves (ie the auction house) rather than an independent valuation.

Presumably the risk is higher if not protected by the PF? Does anyone know why Unbolted don't offer a higher rate to reflect this?
