When SteveT recently suggested on MoneyThing a that a loan sale 'Cancel Sale' button would be useful they implemented the suggestion in less than 24 hours. Suggested 6:00pm Saturday - implemented by 2:00pm Sunday. It would be good to see savingstream respond in a similar time-frame. You know, this might not be an entirely popular point of view but I'm not sure I agree entirely with this. These platforms are handling quite substantial sums of our money and implementing changes to live this quickly makes me a bit nervous that the full implications of what they are implementing haven't been considered, nor the implementation that has been written properly tested in a sandbox. Getting things done quickly is great, so long as quality on both of those fronts isn't compromised.

My experience is that you can reinvest in the RS monthly market at 3.6/3.7% Well that's still less than AC and you have to wait a month for your money so no use for funds waiting for loans on the 12% platforms. You would be mad to take a risky 3.7% if you have not already maxed out on the accounts with FSCS paying 3%+ (IMHO). You can sell-out free of charge on the RS monthly market now, as of about a week ago.

Hopefully this wouldn't be too difficult to implement. I decided that I wanted to update my default pre-funding amount but doing so reset all the existing amounts, which I had carefully set after my extensive DD on each loan. The pipeline still isn't huge and fortunately I mostly remembered what the amounts were, it'd just be nice to be able to select whether I wanted them all setting to the new value, or my intention is to set the amount only for future pipeline loans.

Indeed you're right, there's no 1p purchase. I didn't realise it rounded above £100, thanks for the explanation

So SS are running short of cash to fund? They are going to stop lenders going overdrawn??? Sorry what does this mean? Of course we are not short of cash. Just you wait until our accounts are finalised!! I think the point was, if you're not short of cash, why do you need our deposits to fund the loan. I have to admit I thought the same thing on reading the initial post

£500 just appeared on PBL027 and apparently someone bought a penny before I did, I got £499.99 of it. Who on earth is sitting there playing fastest finger first for an entire penny?! Or.. is it a bot being tested?

~3% of each remaining of the new Managed Portfolios after 25 minutes. For me, that means that the initial 24 hour restriction is working about right for these. I don't know about that, they're clearly not going to last 24 hours. Only the first couple of investors getting home from work at 5:30pm are going to get their share, what about the rest of them? The 24 hour restriction would be working about right if they lasted about 24 hours, imho.

Posted this in the other (wrong) topic apparently. Also had sluggishness* for about 90 seconds, starting at 16:00:00 on the dot. Returned to normal after 16:01:30.
* When I say sluggishness I mean pages taking more than about a second to load. I was seeing a fairly consistent 7 - 10 seconds loading time for the noted period.

This is the one improvement I would like to see MT make to bring them up to the same level of convenience as SS. I wouldn't. Two minutes after they make this change, the same bot issue will exist here as it does (did) on SS.

6 seconds for the fastest finger, not bad. Wouldn't mind knowing which one was mine I reckon I was at around the 10 second mark.

Apologies to those that missed it... I was also a little taken aback by how quickly this loan was taken up. For some reason, we had approx. 50% more users on the site at 4pm compared with other recent loans. Regards, Ed I noticed a bit of sluggishness, possibly for the first time, at 4pm today. Every other loan launch its been really quick to respond. Didn't stop me getting what I wanted, just took a few seconds longer than other recent ones..

Not counting the scraps, 45 seconds for CSP323. So clearly a few people have confidence in them

Has the QAA cap been hidden? Now it just says "open for investment".
