The US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin has said the US military had intercepted dozens of missiles and drones. UK fighter planes were also involved and an Israeli military spokesperson said France had contributed by patrolling air space.
No great suprise there then

The legal costs of each of the parties to any application under paragraphs 63 or 74 could be
substantial and the incidence of costs (which might be ordered to be paid by the Company, the
objecting investor(s) or from the Proceeds) would be a matter for the discretion of the Court. So if the administrator makes a mistake in deciding who should gets the cash, everyone risks getting a bill apart from ........ the administrator.

Thank you for your heartfelt concern. If Putin cuts a deal ...... You mean the same sort of deal that Ukraine did with Russia after the break up of the Soviet Union. You know, the one where Russia guaranteed Ukraine's safety in return for Ukraine giving back nuclear weapons that Russia had stationed on their soil?

Sounds like he's been paid off to me. What makes you come to that conclusion?

Yeh thankyou that is the one which was in my account then they took it away £200 is a bonus after all this time
£200 + £45 interest
Mine was £50 capital plus £11 interest (yeh, I know the last of the big spenders). I guess that was full repayment, so wonder if the shenanigans of the last 9 months will affect the payout?

Looking I had £200 in the first charge 8010286828 which states re- Paid then under repayment states defaulted .Has this already been paid out I could never get the hang of Funding secure statements I believe they were about to make a payment in June last year, when somebody (I assume in loan 1) objected. The funds have been frozen ever since pending the outcome of the various complainants (which hopefully have just about run their course).

Looks like the 1st charge loan 8010286828 is taking priority which was the administrator's original move. Another 28 days to let investors decide if court is worth it. I received the email, but didn't realise I was in one of the loans.
Not holding my breath.
So the first FS loan was a second charge, and the second loan (8010286828) bought out the original lender and became the first charge?
Having checked I'm in loan 2 for £61.40, so might see a bit back.

Switzerland are flooding the UK with counterfeit stamps. No wait I got mixed up, it's actually China. Keep buying those products though to support the dictatorship about to invade Taiwan. Might be worth dumping your Asia stocks before it happens.
Given that anyone who receives a letter with a fake stamp is charged £5 by Royal Mail, I wonder if it is just a plot by RM to top up their profits.

I used Revolut for day to day spend when abroad. I now use Starling Bank and find them excellent. They are also a proper bank. Trouble with Revolut is you pay an additional fee for using the card outside UK banking hours, and also for ATM withdrawls over £200 per month.

Paula Vennells is going to get crucified when she appears in front of the inquiry. Some time in May?22nd to 24th I believe.
Wonder if she will suddenly become too ill to give evidence just before that date?
