Maybe R-2115's partner works for the administrator and this is a cunning way to get their money back, I am obviously joking just in case people take offence.

A new lending partner has been added. There are now 8. Do LP list their partners anywhere or provide any details on them ?

Just had a quick look, so maybe missing something but what makes them similar to Qardus ? Apart from the webasite design not sure I see any difference from any of the other property platforms. It's a Sharia compliant platform using Islamic finance methods ... murabaha contracts. ... same as Quardus. Isn't particularly obvious on the site though Ok thanks I thought it might but couldn't see it stated anywhere on the platform, maybe need to sign-up before I see that detail ? Stupid question but does a Murbaha contract make it easier or harder to realise the asset if the loan gets in to trouble?

Similar to Qardus but for property loans. They have two loans on offer at present. I registered but got as far as needing a "referral code" which I don't have. Has anybody invested via Nester ? Assume returns are dividend income and not interest ? Just had a quick look, so maybe missing something but what makes them similar to Qardus ? Apart from the webasite design not sure I see any difference from any of the other property platforms.

Whole slew of updates on MT dated 7/12/21. hmm, not particularly great, I still need 47% returned on my remaining loans to break even on MT. That still seems a very long way away if impossible !!

Recently I have treated CP very much as a hand off platform and had no way of increasing my exposure as I was only ever getting max £50 in each loan, but I realised yesterday's and today's loan that I got 240ish and 420ish are these duff loans that everyone else has stepped back from or something else is going on ? The loan amounts are much larger than normal, £1,778,000 and £2,650,000. The loan tomorrow is £1,100,000. Argh yes thanks both, just had a horrible thought that everyone had stopped investing for some reason and hadn't told me

For what it's worth, Huddle confirmed in an email follow up that the settlement was split between legal fees and lenders, with Huddle itself not receiving any reimbursement. I feel the pursuit of the security would likely have resulted in a better return for lenders in this instance, I wonder why it was decided otherwise. The lack of transparency in such cases across the P2P landscape is disappointing. I am happy to take the capital repayments and this pushes me into positive territory (for the platform) if I don't get anything for my other investments back I would still walk away with a very small profit. To be honest I think Huddle have handled their wind down a lot better than most and hope to see my final 4 loans come to a conclusion that is better than any of my remaining FS or Lendy loans for which I am looking down the barrel of a significant loss. P2P once so much fun ended up being a costly life lesson.

Am I reading the exist strategy right ? they have a guarantee of 1,600 month rent which is 19,200 par year which if my math is correct is less than 2% return on the 1,070,000 total loan amount are they going to find a lender willing to refinance at that rate ?

Moneything showed 5404 when I checked on Dec. 1st 2019. As too how 'active' these were, I have no idea. There might be investors included with zero balance and zero loans in that figure.
I wish I had zero balance and zero loans, unfortunately my wish may come true !!

So what I didn't understand and maybe I misread something or missed a link was how you actually respond to the options being presented ? If I do nothing does that assume I am happy for the court to decide - which I assume if no lenders replied would be to allow the waterfall to change ? Also do lenders responses get weighted as I can see lenders with less to loss sticking to their principles just to prove a point ?
