There's a lot to fill from a relatively small user base.
The Supercars are still available and isn't the first Broadoak loan due soon?

Thanks for all the PMs. Steerpike was the lucky winner.

I'm... confused. Other than photos (which I think add little, if anything), what's the new site provide me that the old site didn't? All individual parts of one loan added together.

Another thing which I do not understand. What is wrong with flippers? (BTW I love dolphins) I love a bit of SM flipping. When PBL 59-61 had cashback added, I topsliced my diversied portfolio and bought loads. Since then I've sold the bulk and am fully diversified again. Only 0.5%, but every little helps!!

The largest investment today is £10k according to the Investment Activity tab.

Afternoon, Thank you for your comments. I don't think it would be too difficult for The Shaung to code a global 'opt-in box for all renewals only'. I would appreciate some feedback on this forum from those who might disagree with this proposal before deciding whether to implement or not. As an aside, did anyone experience any noticeable slow-down on the platform at 4pm? I only ask because we had a noticeable increase in traffic (108 users & 650 page-views per minute). Kind regards, Ed I deposited some funds this morning, went on at 4pm, got as far as choosing an amount to invest and then it crashed waiting for confirmation, repeatedly tried to get back into site, but couldn't. When I managed to log in again, loan was 100% filled. Am using a mobile connection while on holiday in Brittany, could be the problem. Did withdraw the funds and already back in my bank account, stunning service.

...and to have sortable columns on the live loan parts in Dashboard.

Finally winkled £20k out of a BS a/c paying 1.6% but QAA now full. Sigh. It's either got to go into an instant a/c with my bank paying 0.5% or Ratesetter or Wellesley on a month's notice. I wonder whether AC will increase the max or the invested total will drop below £1m when new loans get posted. Anybody know of an instant access account paying 1.5% or more on £20k that can make BACS transfers to AC? (Already maxed out in San 123). My 1.6% BS a/c will only transfer to my nominated bank a/c. Santander 123 current a/c 3% on £20k max. Did a fast payment from there for the QAA. Will pay it back when my Wellesley 30 day notice finishes!!

Given 30 days' notice on my stash in Wellesley's 3.5%. The instant access and the extra 0.25% make the switch worthwhile.

As I write at 15.37, there is £111k looking for lenders with 6.5% on the cards. There's now only £36k of 6.5% to go before it starts to gnaw on the 6.6% backlog... and £120k of unmet at 5.9%+, with £11k of that at 6.4%... My 6.6% was matched this morning just after eleven. It's been waiting for nine days.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that loan parts are still gradually selling at par on the SM at rates below the new fixed rates. It seems to be a good time to do a spring clean. Had a spring clean last night, found 48 parts below new rates, put them on at par and now only twelve remaining. Been through the current loan requests and only a few have rates available above the new rates. Cost of borrowing going up at FC?

Nearly four weeks in this one and still only 38% funded.
Frustrating, when new properties are coming on line and filling quickly.

The two current properties are taking what seems an age to fill. Is it the properties or lack of funds from investors?
Are PM committed to purchase or do they have a timed option?
At least those who have gone in are getting 3%, but is this sustainable?

Just two payments left on a couple of my 12 month property loans.
What happens at maturity if the properties secured on the loans are incomplete and/or unsold and the borrower can't repay the capital?
Is there any way of finding out how the developments are faring?
