Think the boot of Chris may need applying again ,had a couple orders all day unfulfilled with units available. Have put in a couple more very small actionable orders to test overnight, if no go will contact service desk in morning. Yes, it's not just you. It's been playing up again since yesterday. Cash sitting on my account while I have open targets on loans with thousands available. I will contact AC tomorrow morning if I get a chance, but they should be able to pick these problems up for themselves.

Me too, I've had buy orders waiting waiting waiting.
I do like AC but these frequent problems with buy/sell orders getting stuck is becoming irritating.

Agreed, online chat with Ben yesterday and again this morning with Assetz admitting that there are issues and are 'reassuringly' working on a fix "hope fully later today". To be fair I reckon a Tortoise on sedatives could move faster than Assetz's super duper, all singing, all dancing Server/Algorithm combo. chris . I'm not doubting the ability of Chris and his team. I do wonder if AC would benefit from someone independent going in and doing a thorough review of the hardware and application architecture and implementation. They may well have already done this. In my experience a fresh pair of eyes can often be a great help in the short and longer term.

I have had a number of orders stuck for a couple of days. I do like AC as a platform but these issues are starting to impact my decisions on where to introduce new funds.

Every loan has been processed in the last 8 hours at most, so if you have buy / sell orders not being processed there will be another reason. The lender desk can see when every loan was last processed and any errors that have occurred. It could be that the specific loan you were interested in was temporarily suspended from trading or a number of other reasons. Best course of action is to talk to them so that they can investigate and co-ordinate any developer time that may be required if there's a problem. We don't actively monitor this forum any more.

All my investments in the standard accounts are now sold & re-invested in the IFISA.

I am afraid Chris that what you have written is to put it politely a load of c*bb**rs. I have emailed several times to raise the question of unfilled buy instructions usually on the secondary market but it is probably also happening on the primary market for all I know. In response one gets soothing noises but nothing actually seems to happen which improves the situation. What is needed is a user friendly system which actually works and advises where the buy order is in the great scheme of things. Frankly I am fed up with plodding through all the bumpf i.e. dd, for each loan only never to receive allocations. Currently I have buy instructions sitting on the platform which must have been there for a couple of days and it is not by any means the first time.

No transactions on my new ISA account despite buy instructions on numerous loans with available cash including one with over 1 million available. I think a bigger boot is needed.

My last transaction was at 01:28am and nothing since despite having numerous bids on loans with plenty of availability.

A few buy orders going through this afternoon in MLIA ISA. Also no. of loans on SM is slowly reducing.

Had money stuck in the GBBA all day yesterday.
However, somebody must have given the system a good dose of prune juice overnight, as that has disappeared, along with funds I contributed today.
