Nowadays the CapitalRise SM has plenty of availability. Today as many as nine different properties are advertised there.

Do Capitalrise reveal: - the rate of interest paid by the borrower? - their retained spread/margin? - the amount of any fees or charges paid by the borrower?
Any idea in which document I can find this info for their latest offering (Cambridge)?

I'm embarrassed to say that I've never actually done it myself, but I presume that it's possible to calculate from the rather involved formula in the Investor Bond Document.

Thanks Ace As I read it, the calc/formula in Schedule 5 of the Investor Bond Document relates to the redemption price calc depending on different issue & redemption dates. I think this calc/formula is based on the lender rate and does not depend on the borrower rate. Hope I am not missing something?

Ch***** H*** P***, F******: "Following our recent assessment [...] the bulletin board will not be available for this project." Was any reason provided for not being able to sell this particular loan on the secondary market?

Says in the march 2023 update that they decided to enforce the security rather than go ahead with dev project, reason is given if you read it.

On the loan page (for 2nd Tier Phase A) I can see the Nov 22 update but not the March 2023 update. Is the March 2023 update only visible to those with an investment? I am new to the CR platform so may have missed something.
