'The price range has been set at £4.20 to £5.30 per new share'
What price I wonder for a clear conscience for the investors left out of pocket by the 'highly experienced property team' RIP ..more chance with the Euro millions I suspect

severely tempted to re open my spread betting account and short it...
with a sensible stop loss potential downside could be limited to a few hundred with a huge potential upside.
will watch closely and wait. best not to open a position until aftee initial volatility.
no investment advice intended, go ask ya nan instead etc etc

IPO always have a range of price with final price being determined by demand, that's why the number of shares is up to. Less demand lower price so more shares issued

The numbers are interesting.
6 months operating expenses in 2018 is 90mil, that's 25 mil on marketing and 43 mil on wages for 950 people, average salary is 90k before tax.
Raising 1.5 billion is enough cover expenses for at least 10 years in inflation. If they have invested 1.5 bil in their FC loans, they could have generate 90 mil profit for covering expenses.

The £1.2-1.4bn valuation is a fantasy. FC are making a £35.3m loss on £94.5m in revenue for a platform is fairly mature in the UK, albeit significant potential for overseas expansion - but a valuation of 14 times revenues, really, come on stop this nonsense! Its definitely going on my list of watch list of potential shorts, but it would be a brave soul to short immediately after IPO.
