N Wales BL now fully underwritten with approx 20% retail investment. Yes, it's a rare event for a loan to attract a third of a million from Lenders in auction, the average being about 100k... Actually I've table that shows that somewhere...

Imagine what an alliance of cats & penguins could achieve! Please make your 1000th post more meaningful than a world ruled by cats & penguins. However the truth is right now cats do pull all the strings... Whenever they see one dangling. I do not have the eloquence to make the 1000th post either interesting or meaningful so, I've humbly borrowed Mr Max Ehrmann words to make it so. Hope everyone, especially Ton ⓉⓞⓃ, think it worthy. It seems a shame to lower the tone after the above, but my curiosity has been aroused... I wonder how many Lenders have 5k of shadow bid headroom right now, AC must know this and see how much cash is sitting in a/c's. IN EDIT Lenders only have 72.5k as far as I can see that's not in bids. How did you work out the 'IN EDIT' number? |

No great mystery and no great accuracy, just type in a pre-bid in the 'freezer' loan WSM. To see how much free cash there is for the people who happen to have a bid in it. If you also have an early bid in it too you can compare that with a new bid and make lots of wrong conclusions like I do... I think the above was just a bald statement hence 'as far as I can see'
