My last deposit was on 27th Feb so should be finally matching in the next few days Mine was on 27th Feb too (14 days ago). Watching it patiently. I prefer the old system when we could see the queue ahead. Today - 20% on loan, 30% matched (I guess that means the loan is in the process to be formed) and 50% in queue. 15 days - not bad.

The £5,000 I transferred in on 4th March was lent out on 15th March, so 11 days. I'm happy with that.

Money placed on the queue 13/03 were matched 19/03. That is only 5 working days  . Looks like things are going back to normal |

In case anyone wants to invest here and has missed it. The latest email from LW claims that waiting times are now down to 3 days.

If you think that is bad i just dumped 3k into crowdproperty. Estimated matching time........10 weeks!!!!

I've just had the last of money deposited 10/04 matched today, so your money from the 12th shouldn't be too far away..

Some of it will be matched tomorrow, assuming you're using auto-invest, albeit a fairly small chunk due to oversubscription at the mo. You could allocate some manually if you want to get it invested quicker, and happen to be near a computer at exactly 10 o'clock tomorrow.
