I was wondering what sort of response it would get if someone left a 5 star review but in it included the negative aspects of Lendy that are listed in the 1 star reviews that get pulled.

Conversely leave a one star factual, non-adversarial/abusive/libellous review and challenge TP if it gets flagged; I've already written to them highlighting the dubious reasoning for some to be taken down (although others were blatantly over the line).

latest rating 4.9 POOR. these latest reviews will be pulled as soon as lendy towers opens up this morning.

They've started deleting a few now.
Wonder if one of the comments will be the way forward now - 'investors have yet to incur any crystallised losses'
Can that actually be substantiated?

They are completely uninterested and will prolong a clear cut complaint for as long as possible. There are 4 loans operating on what is known as the ‘old model’ in which investors lent funds to Lendy, THESE DEBTS TOTAL OVER £10M. Whilst they accept they are the borrower and explicitly state they provide a corporate guarantee as well as continue to service the interest at 1% per month, they refuse to pay a penny. Issue ongoing for almost a year. Since they only respond to Trust Pilot reviews instead of complaints, here I am. No trust whatsoever in the platform. Legal action ongoing. Can provide evidence of everything stated in the review. Not defamatory, just the truth which Lendy is attempting to shield. Useful 7 Surprised this one slipped the net

Deleting the negative reviews doesn’t change people’s minds. They’ve only got circa 21,000 investors and I’d guess the majority are unhappy, even more so after Wolves and Pickering votes. Newbies will/should take one look at the defaults/claims tab and run for the hills. So where is the money going to come from to sustain the platform?

to LENDY COMPLIANCE is this the extent of your job to monitor and pull TP reviews.surely with rome burning around you, your team,should be chasing 40+ million of lenders monies and making sure that all these p*ss taking borrowers are complying with the loan T/Cs after all it is only our money you are playing with.you cannot stop people expressing their opinions of how lendy are making such a mess of things.

The latest '5 star' review is such as hilarious fake and probably typical of the customer that Lendy want.
Invest your money, and just be happy to get (some of it) back, with only a vague promise of profits.

I have left numerous reviews in different logins leaving one star for all of them and every single one has been pulled. No swearing or calling them thieves which is correct anyway. Standard TrustPilot response back telling me the review has had to be pulled so i emailed them as well and told them to f off. No response to that one. TrustPilot and Lendy quite clearly in bed together. Disgraceful companies. Just one defaulted loan to get out of ( couple and grand ) and that is me clear of these parasites.

Well, not if you'd spent as much effort understanding how and why Lendy can have TP pull reviews as you claim to have done setting up multiple profiles and posting under every single one of them. For a start, TP will pull a review when: but it's probably worthwhile reading up the full TP rationale so that you can plan and execute your campaign more effectively.
