I have left numerous reviews in different logins leaving one star for all of them and every single one has been pulled. No swearing or calling them thieves which is correct anyway. Standard TrustPilot response back telling me the review has had to be pulled so i emailed them as well and told them to f off. No response to that one. TrustPilot and Lendy quite clearly in bed together. Disgraceful companies. Just one defaulted loan to get out of ( couple and grand ) and that is me clear of these parasites. 1 Star You really shouldn't be surprised. Well, not if you'd spent as much effort understanding how and why Lendy can have TP pull reviews as you claim to have done setting up multiple profiles and posting under every single one of them. For a start, TP will pull a review when: but it's probably worthwhile reading up the full TP rationale so that you can plan and execute your campaign more effectively. You seem to be well up on the workings of Trustpilot and the Lendy marriage so i will let you poor yourself a whiskey and trudge your way through the full TP rationale of garbage instead of myself who has zero interest in this ghastly company apart from trying to get a single review on their website. I am sure you will be thrilled with the read.

It can never be a level playing field when the firm being reviewed pays the firm that hosts the reviews.
It is in the host’s interest to protect the company subject to review.
Symbolic. If my GCSE biology serves me correctly.

What about the perfect world where the borrower is rewarded with a kick back of say 25% of the arrangement fee once a loan is settled and where the platform is transparent and says upfront: In exchange for hosting this loan our fee is £x and we will receive x% of the interest but only if this loan performs and all of you lovely investors receive your capital and interest. Definitely Friday night!!

I am sure you will be thrilled with the read. Not at all well versed, I've simply read the available information. You could do the same and stand a better chance of having that review retained, if that is really what you want. Just a suggestion. (And here's a link which outlines how TP readers can report reviews which they believe may be 'planted' by Lendy _ or their agents _ for the purposes of lifting their TP rating. Go get 'em _ you'll only need one account to do that.)

Mine is still live now after some months , had an initial bit of aggravation when it was taken off , I did tweak a little but it still retained the rating and the points I was putting across . It fitted with all the guidelines I had asked for from TP and they still wouldn't restore it and ignored me.
So I opened a very candid , honest review of Trustpilot on Trustpilot explaining the full situation and also contacted them via Twitter direct message , within a few days my review which tells it how it is was reinstated.
Hopefully it will help someone else who is struggling.

You are reading that wrong. They reported the review below that 5* one. The reported reviews become invisible.

Its ridiculous now, more than half the reviews on the first page have been reported.
I am very, very relieved to have removed all my money from a company that behaves in that way.

What I don’t understand is if they won’t let people post their true experiences, why bother having a Trustpilot page at all?
Just cancel your subscription to Trustpilot Lendy and concentrate on collecting overdue loans!

Trust Pilot's reviews of Trust Pilot are very interesting. At least they seem to be displaying a good number of 1 star reviews (18%). The complaints come from both aggrieved posters of complaints and TP paying customers alike. It seems to be a good approach following removal. link

I find the censorship on Trustpilot distasteful, but there appears plenty remaining for people to see what sort of a company Lendy are.
Interested to see a post from somebody called Paul who has his life savings in Lendy. Brave man.
