And these people are in control of investors money. While Rome burns, they are trying to stop honest posts on Trustpilot. Appalling company these days. Seems to me they are trying to confirm that they are 'honest posts', not stop them. (Not arguing that Lendy doesn't deserve the reviews they get, just defending the right for any company to determine reviews are from genuine customers.) Esmeralda - if you want your review to stay up, can't you confirm your credentials direct to Lendy? That way there is no need to pass them on to TP, which I wouldn't be too happy about either.

I've just looked at FC - 5 stars, excellent. All reviews are by borrowers. Of course it is excellent for them - simple quick and straight forward to lose their money. Sorry couldn't resist !

Given that Lendy's behaviour is most Trump-like when receiving anything but adulation, it wouldn't be a great stretch of the imagination to be concerned about what personal responses one might get if they knew where you lived.

I was using the 'know where you live' in the generic sense of knowing all about you. I can imagine that getting on the naughty list might reduce any interest they would have in being of assistance to you.

I can imagine that getting on the naughty list might reduce any interest they would have in being of assistance to you. The only assistance they could possibly provide me with was to give me back my money they shafted me out of on several of these crooked loans. As regards lists they are 100% on my naughty list and there they will be staying.

Try posting a review of Trustpilot on the Trustpilot site. I have, questioning the independence of Trustpilot towards paying companies.
Will be interesting to see if that stays up.

I'm sure I'd be more worried about people knowing where I live if I was putting pictures of my lovely big flash garden all over Facebook. I think some might see this as 'having their nose rubbed in it'. Still the society we live in these days is one of narcissism and greed so it's probably just the normal thing to do.

I have just posted one up myself along the same lines. A truly damming report of trustpilot corruption. Still there at the moment

And these people are in control of investors money. While Rome burns, they are trying to stop honest posts on Trustpilot. Appalling company these days. When I first heard about the p2p model I was sold on the idea. I was sure that the world does need a digital crowd lending platform just like the world does need a digital crowd taxi platform like Uber. I was keen to invest and for a while I was happy. The problem is not the model, it’s Lendy’s performance under that model. If Lendy were Uber, then 100% of all taxis would be late and 50% of all taxis would crash and kill you. As you have said, and I agree, LY is an appalling company these days and on every possible level they deserve zero stars on TP.

I look forward to some interesting posts on DD rather than all this about Trust Pilot. or maybe lets talk about all the indecent assaults by Uber drivers, all stuff that people with nothing to do or maybe under employed would show an interest in.

So xpubman1, you don't appreciate the ongoing comments and knowing that TrustPilot reviews are not all that they seem to be and, errr, they can't be trusted? I appreciate the ongoing comments and hope they continue, I find it informative.
You have an interesting stance on various matters.

My understanding of the way that forums work is that anyone who wants to raise a new or somewhat different topic, posts something about it, under a relevant subject title. Anyone who is interested can join in the discussions or simply read them. Anyone who has no interest can ignore them.
Have I missed a bit about being able to complain if I don’t like the topics other people have instigated but can’t think of anything myself?
