I have been a customer with Assetz for around 2 years now. Withdrawls have always took around 3 working days to hit my account but that didnt fuss me really. Now deposits have never been Assetz shining glory but i always found that no matter how much money i sent over then these were credited to my account within the hour/ hour half.
Now this morning i sent over a four figure sum. I have not deposited for a few months but the new interest rates where too tempting
After 1 hour no sign of it and the chat button popped up at the bottom of my screen. I decided to use it.
I was put through to a guy/lady called VEE.
This is the transcript between me and the <to remove personal insult> VEE
Info: Thank you for choosing to chat with us. An agent will be with you shortly.
Info: You are now chatting with Vee.
Vee: Hello, how may I assist you?
Me: Hello. I made a deposit in my acc for 5K about half and hour ago and its still not showing. Can you have a look at you end please
Vee: You need to allow 1 working day
Me: thats never been the case ever. I have always had my funds cleared within the hour and i would like this doing again please
Vee: we cannot expedite a payment in
Me: thats not good enough. you have my payment now at your end.
Vee: Please can you confirm your email address, full name, date of birth and the 1st line of your address so that I can take a look at your account?
Me: thats all you had to do in the first place. T*****************************************************************
Vee: Thank you so much. Please bear with me
Me: ok

Vee: I look into your account and update you 5pm
Me: If thats all you can do then so be it but i am not very happy at all about this. This is 5000 pounds just floating around in you system and this has never happened in all the 2 years i have been a customer. I will be looking into this further and writing a complaint in. There is every chance i shall be withdrawing all of my money. Plus i dont think you have been much help at all in being pleasant or corteous. I expect a response from you later
Vee: I'm sorry you feel that way. I will get back to you before 5pm today

Now does anyone know if this indeed the case that you have to wait a full working day for your deposit to show
I must have sent over 50 deposits during the 2 years i have been active and all credited within 1 1/2 hours.
I have looked but cannot see this anywhere in the t and c.
I get the feeling he was just fobbing me off put after i pushed him to look a little further then did he take my details
Expecting the money to have been located i was shocked when he said i will need to look into your account and contact you by 5pm.
Somethings not right here. The money has gone from my account via fast payment and i have all receipts.
The money will therefore be with them. We even have a unique reference number for them to locate the payments easily and credit the account.
And the fact that the guy/lad i was chatting too simply had no skills to make you feel that they wanted to indeed help you over the missing £5000 ( this aint no pocket money )
Any feedback from anyone is welcome.
