In Edit: I've just pre-registered and got a screen saying "Thank you for your interest. We'll be in touch at launch in October"

Assertz exchange inform me today they have 13 properties coming soon. At last a good choice. Particularly with the 5% extra if you pay in by standing order. Also it is a minimum of more than £100. I was getting the 5% on £100 before. Maximum £1000. I will up my payments now to £500 and wait for these deals. There has been some people playing the system ie paying in and take out and getting the 5%, there blocking that now.

Got an email with a promotion whereby if I deposit via standing order I get a 5% bonus for 6 months. But I only see 3 properties available in the Aftermarket at the moment, so not sure what I would be investing in. Presumably they have some new properties in the pipeline if they're running a promotion to attract more funds? 13 coming soon

I invested in their round on Seedrs, anyone else here participated? theitalianleathersofa.com I did when they originally listed, more on the strength of the Assetz brand than anything else. I became very disillusioned with them due to there dodgy start; slow to get going, poor engagement on here, complexity of terms, contradictions in their Ts&Cs and failure to correct blatant errors on their website when pointed out. Their Seedrs listing was cancelled and restarted a few months back, can't remember why. So, when the cash was returned to my Seedrs wallet I didn't bother to reinvest. Things do seem to be running smoothly now, so I'm taking advantage of their 5% cashback offer for setting up a standing order to try them out as an investor. I'll be happier when there are a few more properties to spread my investment over.

New investment in Liverpool (at last) I was very confused as I appear to have bought on the secondary market, which implies they filled the purchase before I could invest. Got the email 17.04 invested about 18.00? All 4 flats will be put up for sale in the summer and will only be let short term. Appears a great deal...appears.

I haven't checked the terms, but I've been getting the 5% and most of my purchases have been via the SM. In fact for the majority of the time there has only been SM properties available.

Ace Had one on Livingston Drive; 12m let 6m let or leave on sale mkt for one of the flats The other was also a vote on whether to accept a new tenant's rental offer or hold out for a higher price. One of them, can't remember which, was also a choice on whether to accept a lower rent unfurnished or a higher rent furnished. If furnished then the contingency fund would need to pay for a furniture pack, the cost of which would be unlikely to be recovered on sale of the property.
