Sorry I have been asleep.... Have they started trading as a REIT yet? What are the valuations like? I don’t think I have voted one way or another: does it mean I am still invested in the vehicle or have they been redeeming me? I am not sure where to find that info... If you didn't vote then you'll have been defaulted to staying. REIT still in the future but progressing (looks like Oct earliest), check the update on the UKDPP site. Final redemptions soon after which they can start working out a plan for dividends. Would expect we'll start getting updated share certs soon

Glad to be still in, or wish you were out? By the way, the valuations were mostly around 70 to 90%, which might help you to feel you 'made' the right decision.
Must have been a great sleep!

Ha, I will check in more detail when I’m back from travels. But at the moment I’m tempted to get them list this thing and just wait and see... Depends what sort of assets they have under the hood, if nothing wrong with them, then it should be ok. The only thing, if they list on AIM, then the spreads might be very high which would make it more difficult to sell. I’m not as worried about this as about my Lendy loans though. That’s going to be a pain in the behind and will require a very long sleep... Back to having a nap...😴 😉

I have a feeling all the updates go into my spam folder...I should change the settings...

I'd have thought that the fees for listing a REIT together with the annual charges and adviser fees would be considerable.

I will be surprised if this gets a stock market listing. Will most likely be an unlisted REIT. Hopefully none of the incompetent PM “property experts” will be on the board.

I thought that it had to be listed to be a REIT in the UK, but not necessarily on an an exchange with a marketplace - but I don't have any recent experience with them.

Today is freedom day for me. Finally cashed out completely.
Although I am down 7k with PM it could have been so much worse.
I hope this new investment vehicle does better for remaining investors than I think it will

I hope this new investment vehicle does better for remaining investors than I think it will Me too. I would love to know how I did overall on this platform, but cannot work it out from the information provided. I have painstakingly downloaded all transactions. This has to be done in 3 month chunks and then stitched together which is a pain. I then sorted into transaction type and attempted an analysis. First I compared Credits with Debits. Credits appear to be subscriptions, but some are associated with a particular property and others just say Property Moose Account but AFAICS they are all debit card payments. Debits appear to be withdrawals. Debits minus Credits gives me a profit of £4k which really surprises me as I expected a loss, and I cannot reconcile this figure against the other transactions. Transactions which I expect to credit my account are Cashback, Interest, Property Sale, Refund, Rent, Return Of Capital and Sm Sale.Transactions which I expect to debit my account are Investand Sm Purchase.
Comparing the totals of these two types gives me a profit of a different figure Can anyone spot a flaw in my calculations? I suppose I could try to analyse 5 years bank statements, if it is possible to download ones that old. Edit: just spotted an error, the difference between the two results is now only £1k.

I invested 60,000 Capital loss 9500 Dividends 4000 Total loss 5,500 bad luck. on the positive side (and without wanting to reopen old discussions on where ISA money is best put!) you can take more profits from stocks and shares (or other sources) capital gains this year. FWIW I had a lot less in the Moose (four figs) and have left it to run.

Latest update now received, all seems to be moving in right direction.
Those still in can view holding via PM now as the UKDP site will need to be different for the IPO so no point configuring for a few months only to change
Shares now available through PM for existing holders, no longer any minimum so you can buy 1p if you want (I assume)
