Does any body knows your exact number of shares in UKDPP?
The interim share certificate document has been removed from the UKDPP portal, and the nominal value in UKDPP registered is 0.001 in Companies House, while the value transfer from PM is 0.01.

Yes, as described in previous updates, they're currently using the property moose platform/technology to record the share ownership, and (previously) to allow the additional investment at the discounted rate. If you log in you can see how many shares you have.

The nominal value is of UKDPP registered in CH is 0.001, which is only 1/10 of PM share of 0.01

Monthly update for August is out. Not much to report really. Hopefully they can get this listing sorted in October.

Wonder if it's worth working out the total capital "worth" of the properties they/we own, and comparing this to the income/rent, to try and come to some idea as to how well this "business" is doing (or not). I guess this information will be published if/when they list?

Yes, I find it interesting that the monthly updates only provide the accrued rents, not the actual paid ones, just stating that the finance team is following up on unpaid rent. Let’s just hope that they can get the listing sorted and they can resume paying dividends soon.

Has anyone done any calculations of potential dividends?
Total of 105 properties with average value between £55k and £60k totalling c£6m, average gross yield 8%, occupancy 80% providing annual income of about £380k, assume annual costs per property of £1k and overheads of £1.5k, results in c2% dividend.

Would be impossible to calculate the amount of dividend without knowing how many shares are currently outstanding. I also think that, given they extensively refurbished much of the portfolio the 1k per property maintenance cost would be optimistic (for 2019 anyway). I don’t know what the directors are paying themselves, would be quite interested to know what the remuneration policy is. Hopefully they can get the listing done in 2019 so we can sell and reinvest in something else.

Latest Monthly update is out. They seem to be really struggling with the Barclays financing.

Latest update now received, all seems to be moving in right direction.
Those still in can view holding via PM now as the UKDP site will need to be different for the IPO so no point configuring for a few months only to change
Shares now available through PM for existing holders, no longer any minimum so you can buy 1p if you want (I assume)
Any update? It has gone quiet since the departure of departure of PM founder filed on CH last November (DFI Financial Services).

December update was late due to the holiday period. Seem to be progressing with the listing, but no ETA yet.

I've emailed them a couple of times trying to sell my shares. I assume I'm not the only one, would be happy to sell at a decent discount. No response. Doesn't fill me with confidence. Update: just spoke to Ben Grove, apparently my previous emails to both PM and UK Diversified didn't get through due to issues with their email server. Looks like I will have to sell at a discount of over 20% to compete with the discounted shares that they are selling propertymoose.co.uk/app/property/146 which I can't stomach.

Hardly surprising when any share sales including the current listing are only open to current UKDPP shareholders, so demand was getting pretty saturated even pre-covid

The listing, and thus the possibility to exit, is dragging on. Hope this month´s update gives some clarity as to where they are. On another note, everytime I have emailed or rung them in the last 2 years, this has been replied to by Ben Grove, he seems to be a 1-man band of sorts, while he is a director so quite senior.

What’s happening with the listing? New update has no information on this.
