I know of directors that use an address of convenience (accountants office, etc) for their listing on CH. Just think about it for a second. Would you potentially want your let down investors knocking on your actual front door?
Please don't assume anything (that includes personal details and company accounts) shown on CH is actually accurate. CH publish what they are given.

of course I realise this - I have been in business for 39 years - do you charge for such patronising advice or does it come free from your fountain of worldly knowledge?
I checked the address on google maps and it is not a post box store as is the case for some of the companies.
Ref the matching address I have found I am not going into details as I realise CH does have errors but my point is that I don't regard this new investor as exactly having the cash reserves and expertise of Richard Branson and I find the sudden changing of co-founder to investor in Linkedin etc somewhat baffling.
All my business is registered at my home and I don't have creditors banging at my door.
Just my opinion - good luck to anybody who continues to invest with FS but "I am out".

I am not sure I can due to data confidentiality (like to be a good boy on this forum) but it you look at related legal contracts etc it is easy to find. Of course there is nothing wrong with this although I find it interesting.

What a web of intrigue. fundingsecure could RK please clarify the situation, to help settle the spiders? There's a lot of speculation going on which is unhelpful for FS, and lenders, so it would be excellent PR if the new director / major shareholder could show that clarity and transparency will be the way forward for Funding Secure. I doubt p2ps are aware of how much suspicion new lenders have of all platforms.
It is incumbent on them if they value thier reputation, to explain such events fully to allay such fears. On the AC forum although there are detractors there is nowhere near as much scepticism of valuations or of net returns. But above all they do interact with the forum and that is very much appreciated.
Thus I have 20 times more invested there than i have left in FS. Gross return is less, net return is more.
