Only time ive ever seen a boaty loan at 99.7% available And it's down below 87% already, though I expect the funding flow will decrease a bit after the initial rush. I don't think this one will be funded in 24 hours like the last PBL was, IIRC. I could be wrong, of course. It has been known to happen!

Well nearly £100k gone already ....argh! Have I got time to read the details ; question is this the same borrower with PBL006? Finally, alert for oldgrumpy and j too; I would say you couldn't possibly miss it, but you never know! Lots of other boat (and property) bits popping up on the AM too for anyone interested.

Very much led to believe this is the same borrower at PBL006. Same yacht was an SS loan repaid in May this year and fully funded by a HNWI, with a charge against Lendy which was removed following repayment

Had a quick burst of £'s on the old tub. At 15% LTV might go back and have a few more if there is anything left in the morning!!!!

The occasion may never repeat itself again Thanks for the tip star dust

Glad you managed to get an extra boaty bit j. I'd gone to the SS site as a result of the 'new loan' email, and hadn't realised that it had appeared in the pipeline and already sparked AM activity hours beforehand until sometime after I had posted on this thread, and got around to reading some of the other threads. So, it seems I was a bit late to the party myself . Glad it was so large there is still something left, and suspect there may be a bit more AM activity to come with anyone who's missed the late evening news! In edit - seems my prediction has just come true - if you're still up j some more boat bits have just appeared (this is now nearly 1:00 a.m.)

Got back and filled my boots this morning, loan now nearly half filled.
Must say things are so easy to perform on the SS site. To get a decent amount of cash for this loan together, I had to do a few duck and dives but I need not have rushed as the site accepted my bid and gave me time to pay. Having watched AC looping the loop in the last few days since they canned their previous method of picking up cash this came a real breath of fresh air. Not only that, 15% LTV at 12% what more could you ask for?

Just 30% left - wow - I think that shows just how much the SS lender-base has grown recently, I think.

Two superbids on the superyacht. consecutive bids of 100k and 60k by the same lender. Less than 50k left.

Two superbids on the superyacht. consecutive bids of 100k and 60k by the same lender. I wonder if there's a £100k limit on bids that caused the need to make two bids? (I've never tried to place a bid that big, so I'm afraid I don't have any first-hand experience! )

The valuation document states a value of between 4.5m and 5m Euros which currently converts to between approximately 3.5m and 3.9m Pounds Sterling. The loan page shows a value of 4.66m Pounds Sterling. Anyone else spotted this?
