Now call me Mr. Stupid, and a lot of people do, but today I actually contemplated moving more funds onto Lendy. I like the Derby loan very much. Seen the website, K****C*******.com? Looks like somewhere where people might want to live, in spite of the economic headwinds n'all.

I think the Derby one is OK, but I already have up to my limit invested in it and having been caught by the wolverhampton fiasco I'm not prepared to excedd that regardless of how well it seems to be going and how reassuring the updates are. The most likely potential pitfall is if they need any more tranches, which could be difficult to fill (which I think was part of the problem wit DFL25 and the inability to fund further phases).
As it is there is nothing for me to invest my spare funds in so I will be withdrawing them- rather have it earning nothing in my bank account than Lendy's.

It looks rather like the positive comments have dried up but please don't forget that we are now a mere 7 days from full enlightenment.
Remember the update on several loans in the New Year which said:
'...............we can confirm that a review of the current position has been undertaken and reports requested from all relevant parties ..................the majority of which have now been received and are in the process of being reviewed by the Board. We will provide a detailed update as soon as we can and in any event on or before the next monthly update at the end of January 2019.'
This is what we have all been waiting for. A firm promise with a deadline.
I think we can expect that in next few days, and no later than 31st January, a full comprehensive report on each 'defaulted' (forgive my loose terminology') loan and a firm, clear recovery plan.
Hallelujah ! Praise be. Long live Lendy

Only three days, including today, until we get a full and comprehensive report on each loan.
Reasons to be cheerful...one....two....three

Ah just realised this is the positive thread, and I sent myself off. I will grow a quick beard as a disguise.

I am sorry now I did not take a screenshot, but I promise you they were there - a couple were about refinancing (PBL199 and the other second charge loan). Perhaps they will be put back on soon?!! Cheers P

And presumably, the parent company can shrug it off if the SPV goes t1t5 up. If so, then the question remains. Naively or not I'm comforted by seeing SPVs because I like to think that they mitigate against the domino effect on a platform. If I'm wrong, please don't tell me.
