YES, undoubtedly, get to it! Col had 1132 investors, as stated in Refresh Recovery's letter to investors, yet only 69 have complained to the FCA! Does anyone have a template to use or a link to the relevant points to raise. I saw something previously in the other thread but due to extreme time constraints atm I have been unable to spend any time on this. Also what is the deadline, I remember someone mentioning 1 year, but when did that 1 year start?

I wonder if the complaints and the attention from such articles are raising a flicker at the FCA.
One might think that if they consider themselves to be on the hook for this debacle then this would translate into efficiency from their appointed administrator. Minimising lender loss mitigates FCA exposure.
Wishful thinking.

I've just sent in a complaint. It might not do any good but it's worth a try! I think it's safe to say that none of us would have gone anywhere near Collateral had the register been up to date and accurate.

Heck, even for purely selfish reasons its worth doing I would have thought. I mean its technically possible that only those who complain get compensated ?
