If one of my theories about the identity of the buyer is correct, it might be connected to late payments on 138/157. Then what? The tenuous link is purely coincidental. Not related... Whilst you are hovering ablrate any chance you will be doing a special payment run today, given we have been waiting all year for the funds paid this morning?

Payment received this morning. With so much doom and gloom with ABL it is a delight when something finally goes right; therefore, a huge well done to ablrate and thank you for managing to get the overdue interest payments made! I sincerely hope this will prove to be a turning point and lenders can begin to receive our capital back and any interest payments from this and other borrowers without months and years more of delays. |

The tenuous link is purely coincidental. What hold is there over you that is stopping you from coming clean, on what you must be aware of, the worrying links uncovered on the DD board. We need explanations for our peace of mind. I fail to see, if you think there is nothing in it, why you are prepared to see lenders suffer anxiety. I would be happy to see whatever information that is curculating, but I am mystified as to why people are seeing something sinister here. If you think there is something nefarious going on then please email and spell it out as we do not have access to the 'DD' board. There is no conspiracy and no under the table dealings, this is listed business with serious cosequences for such actions. I would also give you and the moderators a friendly reminder that unfounded accusations on a public forum is not a great idea.

As above, we do not have access to the 'DD Board' and the forum is not our support system. If you want to have questions addressed then info@ablrate is your best option.

3 days ago I referred you to the DD board & you said nothing in reply. As above, we do not have access to the 'DD Board' A quick answer like that 3 days ago & I would not have tried again. I did post a redacted version here, but the moderators did not like it & it was removed. I appreciate, now that you have responded, it could be that some of the contents you are not aware of, now I know you have not read it. My post is now deleted. I will seek permission to send a copy of it via PM. That should then enable you deal with anything that looks ominous

So from the update they are seeking new acquisitions to pay us back for the past acquisitions. Really how about don't bother with the new acquisitions and just pay us back OR ablrate call in the loans. How will they fund new acquisitions if they can't pay us back, oh I know they will borrow from someone. Wash, rinse, repeat easy money while hiding behind disclosure rules! |

The I*I M******** Ltd Administrator's proposal is filed at Companies House too. I have put up a few notes in the DD section, but the best summary for this thread is probably this sentence from the statement (lightly redacted by me) "It is estimated that Ablrate will have a shortfall against their lending of £1,671,390 and will look to V****n under the terms of their cross guarantee for the balance of this debt."There are a couple of things in the statement that made me smile a wry smile - I've added those to the DD thread now too. An unidentified but intriguing bidder in the prepack process and a name cropping up as Director of the winning bidder. Slightly misleading statement as the Abl lending is secured against the parent VI as well but thats it as far as security now. No charge over the companies remaining in the stable.
