5 year market:
Repayments very slow again - none of mine paid up yet (12:00).
Just got a match at 6.4 and even 6.5 might start moving soon.

I just tried to deposit by card to take advantage of unusually high Monday 5 year rates. The website crashed and the deposit did not show up when I went back into RS. The transfer shows on my bank account. This has happened to me several times before and the deposit completes within a day.
There was less than 500k in the 5 year market. If they are having problems with deposits and processing repayments this could explain both that and the high rates.

I see there is a message on the dashboard
Due to the large volume of transactions our systems are still catching up. Please bear with us while we complete settlement.
Do not worry this will not stop your money earning interest.

The borrowing queue had backed up to about £256k.
The lowest lender was a small amount of 6.3.
Lots of small matches went through at 6.2 - I assume this is the repayments coming in.
6.3 lend finally went but little to no impact of 6.4 yet - about £220k left on borrowing. (15:26)

Mrs Aju's 6.4% was sucked up about midday today, I think! I'm getting her to set the money @ 6.1%-6.6% that we are both dribbling over from Zopa Invest every few days so the loans are not too small. we start at 6.6% and watch it over the week moving funds accordingly when the next dribble comes in. Zopa had a bit of a stall over the weekend, apparently some required updates. Not too sure what they were doing on Sunday as it still looks the same to me and as ever its still very slooooow! and cumbersome. I'm guessing the monday evening runs will generate more funds hopefully!.

Something has definately changed for the worse, its now routine to be very slow.

borrowers now backed up to £308k - still matching dribbles at 6.2 and refusing to seriously match with queued lenders.

It looks like there may have been a brief dip into the 6.7%. Anyone confirm?
Normally I would be adding at these rates, but I'm just a bit fidgety about the direction the PF has been going recently. Tempted, though ...

Make the most of it.
Come April the "dumb money" will flood ino new ISAs and we (the smart money) can go on holiday for a month or two, enjoying our 6.5%+ loans...
