Rather than start a new thread, I have looked back to a thread which had an appropriate title... I made a withdrawal request yesterday, BUT the money is not in my account and it has gone past 7pm... Should I be worried? Is it a case, as it says in the header; Ratesetter can't cope today.....what's going on?

Especially give(n) that I was the architect of mild chaos this afternoon... Thanks for 'opening up' and revealing the cause of the 'crisis'... Now that you have revealed the 'background story', the pieces of the jigsaw have fallen into place... You have answered THE question; Ratesetter can't cope today.....what's going on?

Good spot. Just checked and last withdrawal request I received was for a withdrawal I made on the 18th, but have been withdrawing every day, so also 2 days missing. Let's hope it shows up by Monday, if not will get in touch I guess

I have the same problem. Withdrawal from holding account on 19 August has not been received into my bank account. This looks like a major problem in Ratesetter.

I emailed RS. Their reply is posted below:
"Thank you for your email.
We were experiencing technical issues with the Payments systems on the 19th of August which is why all the withdrawals for that day were not processed.
This issue has now been resolved and we have got confirmation from our Finance Team that all the withdrawals requested on the 19th of August will be processed by 6 PM today.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused as a result of this issue.
Please let us know if you do not receive the funds latest by 6 PM today.
Kind regards, RateSetter Customer Service"

Can't even log in at the moment.
It surely can't be interest from borrowers can it? My release queue number has barely moved.

No idea what you mean by the sentence I've bolded, though... Ah, I'm in now. Not much change though. I presumed that I couldn't get in because there were too many connections to the site. I guess that like me many investors are not visiting Ratesetter often because there is nothing happening. Why would anyone be putting money into the market at these rates?
