THANKFULLY, I have now received the money that I requested two days ago, on the 19th August 2020.  THANK YOU to everybody who posted on this thread, that they too, were also having the same problem...  Much appreciated to know that I wasn't alone, BUT I DO hope everybody has had their money credited to their Bank/Building Society accounts now... |

I requested a withdrawal yesterday (20th) so was slightly alarmed when I saw this thread this morning! But that withdrawal did turn up in my bank late this afternoon so they seem to be back on track.

The problem seems to be back again. Withdrawal made from holding account on Friday 21 August not received in the bank by 6pm on Monday 24 August. Anybody else having the same problem?

Don't always rush to blame RS when this happens (tempting as though that might be). Sometimes it could be caused by a glitch in the banking system, sometimes even down to individual receiving bank level.
