As a part of my tediously interesting lifestyle, I compile SQL interrogations to attempt to sort the dross posted into databases, putting in the traps to get rid of anomalies in text fields etc, so know a little of your/this implication.
Let's bring back a dose of situation reality with a simulated case of dealing with such human interactions, with a made up & totally fabricated communication situation enquiry, but seemingly not beyond the realm of concept. Don’t panic, it’s not real (but it might be given the Intelligence Quotient we are being afforded) -
Me: So, is FS going to have the attention span to do anything on all the defaulted but not defaulted stuff & ‘we are expecting payment shortly’ updates & other insulting ineptitude doled out so we know what the score is?!
FS: That’s a laugh isn’t it.
Me: What is?
FS: That noise you make. Like, when something’s funny.
Me: Oh ... yeah, that’s a laugh.
FS: [phone down, Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr]
