Thomas cook is recovering. Already £16p per share. Double the value of its lowest. I shouldn't have put a stop loss. Worse mistake. Now i'm out while I could have made lot of money
(a) I think you'll find that UK share prices are listed in PENCE not POUNDS (b) "Sell with regret" (c) Your profits would have been due to pure luck rather than good judgement given that you continuously showed no methodology behind your bizarre decision making. Thomas Cook was a very risky bet, and I'm not quite sure you ever fully grasped that concept, let alone the reasons why it was so risky.
I wish you all the very best for the future, but again would urge you to go do some reading and paper-trading before engaging in such frivolous trades again.
You know there are nicer and more polite ways to disagree with someone particularly someone who is clearly more knowledgeable.

If this were advice (which it isn't) it would say that you can make a lot of money just monitoring this one asset, buy when it hits a low (sub 16.5) and sell when it hits a high (> 18.5). The high price is very supported by the odd share structure and a lot of people convinced that robots are the future. Then every so often it is allowed to drop. Not a long holder but nice one to watch.

wasn't your original advice on the other thread to buy at $16.25, which never happened?

Always good to buy Big stable company shares when they have a fleeting disaster. People are jittery then the AI's take over and the drop lower it takes a day or two to realise things are really OK.
Not so sure about T Cook. Might be down and stay down. SXX however think will be ok longterm.
