We hope to be able to give an update soon. We were on with the lawyers last week and I followed up with our IP yesterday to discuss applying further pressure to move this along.

i second that - this has been quiet for too long . I have a chunk of cash in this (obviously my bad) and now dont really feel i can buy into existing or new loans until this is cleared up.

If it was a stock and I was a stock analyst it would be hold rather than sell and definitely not buy. Next couple of months are critical in terms of positive news and proof that the different strategies and actions are working to make the business viable or filling new loans via retail will be impossible.

It's nice to read the update today. Any news is better than no news, I guess?
Still, I'm a little concerned that the once optimistic outlook of there being "adequate security for full recovery of capital and interest", is quickly slipping from grasp.
One remains hopeful.
