Did I read correctly that both Lots of MJ stuff belonged to the same person? If so, I guess that both Lots will become default. No, that was mere speculation on my part. I can't remember properly (it was 6 months ago after all but I have a feeling that FS might've refuted that speculation somewhere and confirmed it was different people. Maybe someone else can remember? There were 3 lots, two of which are now in default, and the third which isn't. Yet.

So hopefully that one is okay.

IIRC the third MJ offered was from (according to FS) a different individual. So hopefully that one is okay. My recollection (not verified) is that it was the 4th MJ batch that was stated to be a different borrower. The third MJ batch matures in roughly a month's time ... and I will be very surprised if it doesn't also default.

I wonder if FS are waiting for them all to default so they can all go to auction together (Based on it being 3 weeks since any news of the first default, which I believe is racking up fees for FS ahead of any return to lenders). The default/redemption ratio does not look good, and the promised website info on defaults has not materialized.

............. and the promised website info on defaults has not materialized. Actually, it has - it's on the savers' page: www.fundingsecure.com/savers (Edit: they put it there a couple of weeks ago and emailed us to announce it - maybe you don't have emails enabled?)

Think I've got the 2nd and 3rd. Interesting times we live in.

From the multitude of posters that have gone up round the underground over the last few days, I gather that a new MJ album was released this week ... so the record label obviously feel there is still a major demand for his music. Lets just hope the memorabillia world concurs.

Lets just hope the memorabillia world concurs. The BBC are reporting said album has gone straight in at the top of the UK album chart. So the demand for the music is there.

My Niece says her Mum keeps playing the CD in the car, of the songs Michael Jackson didn't want released.

It's my very first post here and I'm going off-topic but it's Michael Jackson's music and IMHO if you like any of that at all then this is very much worth watching.

MJ welshed on a load of debts himself, so it's in keeping.

MJ welshed on a load of debts himself, so it's in keeping. “Welshed”!!! Love it!!
The expression doesn’t offend me in the slightest but is such a harmless old fashioned expression allowed in this politically correct age?? Send for the moderators immediately!
Said with a big measure of irony.
