Dashboard was the most useful page, now it seems to be just the introduction to AC.
How do I get to the loans, Upcoming, Archive etc?

There was a redirect problem where SEO and our new routes collided. This has been resolved.
If you close your browser and open in again then it should discard the cached version and fix it. If not then you may need to clear your cache.

Well my total investment has dropped over 10k in NAV. The cash I have invested in undrawn loans is not being accounted for. Everything is driven off loan units now so totals will be total invested. Unfortunately there wasn't really a practical way to work around this, but as it's only a problem for a few weeks until those loans draw down then hopefully it's not a big issue. There are two reports one listing your live bids and one showing your accepted bids. Hopefully those will suffice in the interim.

After a very quick look, it seems to me that there's something of a change in the overall philosophy. I would guess that most or all of the things that we could do before, we can still do, but we might have to go about it in a different way, while other things have become more default (eg picking a target investment amount rather than just manually picking up loan units).
Chris, I realise you might be busy dealing with individual concrete issues that come up, but when you have time, I wonder if it would be worth outlining what that new overall approach is, which would help us make sense of how things are structured?

All seeming quite simple so far and looks good. However, too much space being taken up by each loan on My Loan Book Page. Lots of scrolling that wasn't necessary before - used to fit my few loans onto single screen easily. Now, not only do I need to scroll them, I also need to click onto another page to find the last one. Am thinking people with more loans than me will find this annoying for sure. Prefer a bit of scrolling through sensibly spaced loans for a complete list.
Edit: didn't make it clear - there's masses of white space between each loan in the list - that's what needs to be compressed. As well as making either a single list on one page, or the ability to have more loans on a page at least.

Any chance of having a report to download my loan book?
Edit: I'm with Ramblin Rose on this one. With the old dashboard I could download in one into Excel for analysis, now it's a case of scrolling through numerous pages.

Our new UX designer is starting on Thursday and will be looking at optimising every last page, control, form, etc. over the coming weeks and months as part of a continual improvement program. I'll make sure he registers on the forum and canvasses opinion. We're not going to be able to please everyone but it's certainly our intention to keep improving usability over time. If scrolling is a big issue on the site then I'm sure that will come up on his radar and we'll improve it in time.

My initial reaction is the site is utterly baffling, but you'd expect that. I hate the fact that I cannot scroll through my loans, which are now fixed at 10 to a page, and I do not understand why I am being told that I have no funds to invest, although I have. AFAICS the help mode does not do anything.
Most importantly in the short term, what has happened to my shadow bids, how can I tell from the site that they are shadow bids, and how do I manage them?

In Loan Book / Your Loans, some of my early loans are showing as having their full term still to run (eg 60 of 60 months remaining) and one is showing in my list of loans (£0 balance) even though it's repaid.
