My total has inexplicably decreased by about £115 since this morning. Nothing to do with bids in my case, although I have yet to track down where the problem does lie. FF's capital has been updated - I've made the change so it still needs to be double checked by the admin team. That would be my first guess. That would be around the right figure, so it almost certainly will be that.

My double checking of it says the principle looks about spot on but my Accrued has now lost about a third of it's value. IN EDIT.The term is also correct at only 9months to go (i.e. next Aug. is the final payment date)

I know it is only pence and trust that admin team will/have picked this up but net balance for FF loan doesn't agree with initial investment - repayment.

Your accrued was previously based on the higher principal amount and the lower interest rate. I've upped the rate and decreased the principal but I need the admin team to double check the figures and make sure they're all correct.

I've put it in for the 7th August as that's when the capital payment was made and I wasn't given any information to the contrary but I'm sure the admin team will review that and let me know if it should have kicked in earlier.

chris, I have 3 loans where the borrower failed to drawdown, which accrued pre-drawdown interest. I believe there are other loans with the same issue. At the moment I have no means of viewing the amount I'm owed, and it is taking months to get redress from the borrowers. I'm sure lenders would like to view the amount they are owed. Can you please arrange for this to be added as an option on the MLIA dashboard. I suggest calling it "historic pre-drawdown interest". Calling it "historic pre-drawdown interest" is a good name a better one might be... "pre-historic pre-drawdown interest". Okay there's old loans that have this as an issue and I hope that's being worked on, but there are certain to be ones in the future with it too, can we have a general solution to this. Perhaps another report where they're listed showing progress Colin or chris maybe? Good idea, I think I'll call my three, Redruthosaurus, Londinium Softosaurus East Midlandosaurus

chris now that you're at the screen, I've noticed that C** WT #143 doesn't seem to accrue interest in MLB (My Loan Book)

chris now that you're at the screen, I've noticed that C** WT #143 doesn't seem to accrue interest in MLB (My Loan Book) Are there any payments listed on the repayments tab for that loan that are dated in the future? If not then interest won't be accruing as no one has told the system to continue accruing interest or what rate it should be accruing at. One for the admin team if that is the reason - I know they're aware of a few they have to do.

Well, they failed to make the 28th June payment ... so 7 days after that, I would think.

Colin can you add loan id onto the Your Loans / Repaid list. The loan title is not unique, I currently have 2 Anglesey Bridging loans and a good likelihood of a third shortly. There will be similar issue with many of the other problematic bridges.

Also, while on the Your Loans > Repaid page, you may want to adjust the font for the loan names - it's currently inconsistent with the font for the loan names on all the other pages. And, on the the Browse Loans page, the "All Loans" tab still doesn't include Repaid Loans or Upcoming Loans - suggest you either change this tab label to "All Live Loans" or (my preference) include the Repaid Loans and Upcoming Loans in the "All Loans" and add another tab for "All Live Loans". Think this issue has been flagged previously so it may already be on your to-do list. Thanks Jack
