No doubt we will be reading your observations on the various forums still. It's good to have a bit of rhubarb from Yorkshire in the crumble!
Don't worry OG, we've been trying to rid ourselves of those pesky types from the wrong side of the Pennines for hundreds of years, but there's no getting rid of them - I'm sure he'll still be around

I forgot to ask, is it safe to drink the water on the other side of the Pennines?

Normally, yes. But we all know which reservoir serves Salford. Better take bottled water then or perhaps stick with the beer.

I voted for "Good" on the launch overall, because Chris and his team have actively and positively engaged with us on the forum, and put in some fixes very promptly.
But I do think it would have been good to put out an email a few minutes after the launch went live, with an explanation of the features and how it was all supposed to work. Although there is the "tour" it is very simplistic and an email could have listed the changes and how to do things.
Another lesson that I hope has been learnt is that however clever or useful a new control system is, it is always a good idea to have a manual over-ride to turn it off, certainly in the first release.
I'm pleased to see a number of small fix-ups come through already, and look forward to Chris and his team's and the new user-interface guru's efforts over the next week or two to clean up list of issues like not showing if a loan is interest-only or repayment etc.

Blimey! 'e's back already! I thought e'd gone down the pub to put the world to rights with "Lord" Boycott! It's a verb in France ils corrigent (literally they are correcting) meaning putting the world to rights.

Anyway, why Boycott? Wouldn't you be better off with Hague aka "the greatest living Yorkshireman"?

Anyway, why Boycott? Wouldn't you be better off with Hague aka "the greatest living Yorkshireman"? Nothing wrong with Hague but Boycott comes first in my book. The first comment also proves how open minded we are in God’s own county by adopting French ways such as ils corrigent, that’s why we’re good at putting the world to right. I did say that we don’t take ourselves too seriously by the way (except at cricket)
