What I'd really like to say isn't on there Andrew.
Suffice to say that I respectfully suggest that you read the other threads if you haven't already done so.

Well done on finally getting the new site in. The world hasn't ended, and Chris has been very responsive, and hopefully most of the issues will soon be rectified. I was surprised that nobody noticed that sales and purchases weren't on the statement (now fixed - thanks very much).

Agreed - very responsive and helpful all day. Let's face it, the new site didn't need to be pulled down straight away, which counts as a major success in this world.

Insufficient consideration seems to have been given to transitional arrangements. It gives the impression that all beta testing was done with a test site in its fully migrated form, with little to no testing of the process of switching from the old system to the new.
(This can be done, either internally or externally, even on an irreversible "all or nothing" change simply by making a clone of the site running from a backup copy of the database, as FC did as a public beta when they were testing the then new facility to buy and sell loan parts at a premium or discount).

I'll vote next week when the oddities and complexities have been corrected or explained and penetrated my brain cell. The new site certainly isn't simple compared with the old, and will require some learning about. (Currently I'm thinking between OK and good!) PS andrewholgate I see your vote is still top of the pile!

Given the amount of change and complexity then I have to say that In think you have done very well. I was happy with the old site, but I already feel comfortable with the new one. I look forward to further tweaks and improvements.
A marked contrast to the updated RS website where the more I used it the grumpier I became (... and still am)

On the basis of 30 minutes with the software I gave the new site top marks. Given the scale of the changes it will take a bit longer to get fully on top of the new architecture but I already love some of the changes - not least being able to see my current investment while browsing the listings (before I needed two browser windows open side by side to refer back to what I owned). As far as I can tell the system is also rock solid and responsive. Well done Chris & team!

I should think that once the gremlins have been ironed out, and there are more than I would like, and a little more flexibility has been introduced, the new site may be OK.
However, I preferred things as they were so it's a thumbs down from me.

I'm a keen supporter of AC, and tell friends and colleagues about it, but this new website is abysmal. Ironic that the home page show someone using a typical widescreen laptop when this is a format which is quite unsuitable what with the large fonts and need frequently to scroll down to see what you need. It's not too bad on a desktop, but certainly no improvement over the old site, although of course I do understand that some functional changes were needed anyway.
So now I have at least three websites which seem to have been spoiled, namely AC, RateSetter and Santander, all with the same problem when it comes to oversize fonts and too much scrolling. Fortunately HSBC has not yet joined the club. No doubt the idea is to accommodate fat fingers on tablets, but do people really do serious financial transactions on such devices as a matter of routine? If so, I'm amazed!

Another unhappy widescreen laptop user here. Looks like we're not considered a significant demographic these days.

All I will say is that had Zopa RS or FC done an update with so many unresolved issues, they would have been roundly slaughtered on these boards (and have been in the past).
It is to AC's credit - and reflective of their hitherto peerless customer service - that we are prepared to dedicate significant amounts of valuable time in the resolution process.
This, however, will fly for only so long.

Around 20% of our traffic is mobile / tablet, and it's increasing all the time. That's actually relatively low for the web as a whole. UX refinements will be made continuously and we have a new UX expert joining the team full time tomorrow.

So if you can tell if the display device is a tablet or a pc can't you tailor the display a bit accordingly?
