Adam Williams of the Telegraph who has run a series of articles about the Collapse of Col, the FCA and latterly Lendy is keen to run an article featuring Col investors. I am therefore looking for volunteers. If you would like to volunteer please drop me a PM. Note, if you haven't read Adams articles they are well balanced and factual, I have no reason to suspect that this article will be any different. I accept that everything that has gone on with Col has appeared to be murky and you might feel that you are not 'well enough informed'. Don't let this put you off. I am just a normal retail investor who read posts on this forum by Col staff, checked the FCA register, checked Companies House and invested a small sum. If you are similar please consider volunteering. What has been discovered subsequent to Col entering Administration by the 'behind the scenes' group has been a truly shocking picture of mismanagement by the FCA (I used 'negligence' in my latest communication with the FCA and the Complaints Commissioner). I have posted some of what has been found in this thread, ( my posts) but if you volunteer the group will try to fill in any gaps that you feel may be missing in your recollection of what went on prior to Administration. By volunteering to appear in this article you will be helping to get your money back.

Articles in the telegraph today by Harriet Russell, small one on Copious Capital (related to Col Lendy Directors). And a large one on Lendy, Col and P2P in general with a strange comment about MoneyThing saying they have blocked customers from withdrawing their cash, news to me...
Edit: Corrected Lendy not Col directors.

Yes, in its current form seems a totally misleading statement. I suspect they mean loans are suspended & can't be traded. MoneyThing should probably get it corrected.

I am in The Collateral Cockup Greenwood2 and I though Copious was setup and headed by Liam Brooke & Robert Kelly from Lendy, nothing to do with COLL? I'm not able to read the article so apologies if I have misunderstood.

We have not prevented lenders from withdrawing cash. Kind regards Sophie

Further to the above if you volunteer you need to be prepared to have your name published in the article.

It is a lot to many, plus £20k in Lendy would get me a nice new hybrid car to save the planet rather than the 3Litre Phaeton I have at the moment . I like my comfort link and value
