I've not forgotten about putting the updates on here. However, I've made the mistake of booking a few days off from this Thursday evening and have subsequently discovered I seem to have a lot to do before then!
There should hopefully be an update on the plumber before I go away (I saw the first draft last night).

Update on #137 (Eppy) - it's now clear that AC has had to tread carefully here to ensure that lenders don't end up in court!

Update on Ippy (#129) - 3rd March - LPA receivers appointed. Presumably those in this loan will have been notified - I'm not in it, but interested due to the links with Eppy.

Edit: In a fit of masochism went through all the loans. Quite illuminating. How many business have the only person authorised to make payment off on a payment day? Lot of key questions awaiting answers in Q&As on the BLs as well
So as oldgrumpy has pointed out in another thread, Assetz regularly suspend loans for various reasons and disable lender buying/selling instructions but there is no indication to show this has happened if you arent checking regularly. So as with the Lendy status changes thought we could operate a crowd solution. So if you see a communication that instructions have been disabled (or might have been disabled), people can then bookmark this thread so they get a notification that a loan may need targets reviewing. This could also include any advanced warnings of upcoming suspension for additional drawdowns on tranche loans/capital reductions. (not sure if this clears instructions or not)
Setting Bookmark: Actions (top of thread) > Bookmark (adds little book top left)
Setting Notifications: Profile (top menu)>Edit Profile>Notifications>Bookmarks - select & set frequency.
Please do not post anything except cancelled instructions. Please do not post comments in response to/about cancellation posts, please post those in the appropriate thread, otherwise the whole point of the bookmark alerts is lost!
It would be good if we can keep to a universal format
date, loan number, additional comment if necessary
eg 1/4 #62,
Last 7 days
27/3 #311 suspended for capital reduction
27/3 #312 targets disbaled, change in terms
28/3 #92 targets disabled, new charge
29/3 #327 targets disabled, vote
