#95 LLF3 - interest payment received but will not be allocated until next working day which is Tuesday, so we lose 5 days interest on the money if reinvested. Anybody else think this is out of order? Ive asked for an explanation Cant say Im any the wiser after the response ' This is now a process that sees borrower payments allocated the following day as part of the daily banking upload.' This is simply a reiteration of what was contained in Recent Activity. Surely the fact that the original message elicited a question should suggest that the reader required further information!?!! Perhaps andrewholgate could arrange for staff training so that the deeper concept of 'why' is understood by all.

Loan #96 M********* C********* has a monthly payment due today. Not paid as yet.
It's retained interest from July 2014, so I won't be impressed if AC don't pay this before next Tuesday.

My understanding (based on this thread) is that AH is monitoring this and is undertaking training on the matter. More work to do perhaps

Normally they have to get the money from another account and that often involves tracking down the elusive G**** T*******n to authorize it. Expect this time he was probably hiding with the Easter eggs

More work to do perhaps I seem to recall that AH has a pair of boots in some executive cupboard for just this type of occasion.

Ive asked for an explanation Cant say Im any the wiser after the response And LLF3 has paid its installment today on a bank holiday! Confused! Either AC system doesnt work the way they think it does or the comments elicted a response & AH has been in the boot cupboard. Anyway, cant complain. Well done, I think!

And remembering a song from his youth sung by Patti Page or Lita Roza. Thought that was a dog. Might be some confusion as I admit that my hat adornment looks like Aladdins lamp. Its actually an ex-parrot, lovely plumage, with a label saying 'gift from Notlob'. (Pig2Parrot ) Better find the pig

I'd have said the other place, but loan #57 is a supplier to boots (specialist lenses only) and very good customer service according to my mum.
