For some reason there are quite a few parts of quite a lot of loans. Someone doing some fairly serious spring cleaning? Maybe people could see that the £6m loan at 12% (#227) was going to disappear soon (my guess is that it'll finally go today) and so were now feeling confident enough to buy into it.

I don't recall ever seeing quite so much available; currently 26 loans with parts available.

FS, MT, SS all have bits available as I type and between them and Assetz there is a lot in the pipeline. People also holding back funds for ISA time, there could be a few opportunities to pick up some nice deals. Certainly makes a pleasant change from the slow start to the year.

... Certainly makes a pleasant change from the slow start to the year. The downside is a reduction of liquidity at the moment. If you need to take some cash out, there are currently quite a lot of loans (especially recent ones) that you are "stuck" in. Short term I'm sure.

143 about to refinance. That's going to leave a lot of cash sloshing around the system.
Maybe need to up the QAA limit to about £12mil.

143 about to refinance. That's going to leave a lot of cash sloshing around the system. Maybe need to up the QAA limit to about £12mil. As I recall, the vast majority of that loan went to a single investor (which caused a certain amount of consternation at the time from people who'd avoided bidding on the original auction, assuming that such a large loan would be readily available on the SM after drawdown - a tactic that possibly contributed to AC's decision to scrap the PM for retail investors). As such, the effect on the QAA would seem likely to be only similar to a much smaller loan repaying... although it would seem almost entirely dependent on what this single investor does with their share of the repayment.

As the QAA has a limit per investor, if this had, say, 1m held by an investor, then the QAA impact would be minimised.
That said, there are a lot of parts on offer right now to reinvest in.

Excellent work all round from the AC team. A textbook recovery, greatly helped by having strong security upfront at good LTV.

Hi, did anyone ask for and get anything on loans 247, 248 & 249, Lxxxxxxxx BTL 1-3? I had a small invest instruction on each of them and they are now showing on the live loans list with my invest instruction not fulfilled. I.E. I got nothing!
Anyone ever seen this before? Thx

Thx The 3 loans between them are about £180k, with about £170k currently on the SM. No probs if you want a bit more.

Firstly well done to AC on another loan closed successfully.
Moving to the future though am I the only one worried about the take up rate of new loans?
taking the highest numbered loans first, there is 75%, 85%, 90%, 90%, 80%, 30%, 60%, 30%, 25% currently on sale. Ok, the next loan has 0% but that is quite a run.
Great for diversification I admit, but somewhat concerning?

When (if) #6 repays next week, there will undoubtably be a stampede by the lenders in that loan to reinvest in the new BTL's and earn an extra .5% interest (assuming they arent tempted by #204 & its lower LTV)
