The 3 loans between them are about £180k, with about £170k currently on the SM. No probs if you want a bit more. Dont hang about though. When (if) #6 repays next week, there will undoubtably be a stampede by the lenders in that loan to reinvest in the new BTL's and earn an extra .5% interest (assuming they arent tempted by #204 & its lower LTV) I thought the attraction of the early BTL's was the juicy slice of cashback that came with them (3%?). Can't see the latest 3 shifting any time soon.

As I am in diversification building phase on AC these loans are fine for a small holding in each and as I wasn't on AC to catch any CB on the previous BTLs I don't feel too hard done by buying these CB free. Personally I think the IFISA launch has put a hold on a load of money right now and this will change, even the FC sausage machine hardly filled a single loan over the easter period with 30+ available and I only sold one B loan part at discount! Not seen this behavior before.

Ha, you can picture that one in the office this morning. 'Sorry, does anybody now where we got this £86k from?'

Hey OG it wasn't credited to our accounts yesterday so all is not lost I see that AC still seem to be holding on to the money. I guess it was a bit too much to expect them to keep their promise that "these funds will be distributed to lenders later today"! Will AC dip into their own pockets to credit lenders with interest for the additional day that AC have chosen to delay the payment I wonder? To be fair, I think that a full repayment (and the interest rate being set to zero) should count as a "monitoring event". If people really still want to buy the loan after the interest rate has been set to zero, no reason to stop them, but I personally dumped all mine on the market after several others had already dumped some of theirs on me, using up (almost) all my available funds at the time.

So do we assume that it was mere co-incidence that the full payment occurred within 6 minutes of my post, or do we assume that someone at AC towers saw my post and said "Oh @#%&! I forgot to press the button before I went home last night!" and did so there and then?

So #174 NL (Non) DL hasnt actually done any of the development and for some reason over the last 6 months AC didnt wonder why they hadnt had any request for money or any MS reports. No issue with the loan but odds on for an extension at term.
Sometimes it does worry me how hands off AC appear to be with some of these loans, not the first time stuff hasnt happened and AC didnt seem to be aware of it/inform lenders. Just voting on another loan where work wasnt done in timeframe expected.
