Having recieved a mysterious email from ac towers reguarding the house of h****** i guess this is related to an upcoming loan but which one. Has any close associate of Sherlock Homes got a clue, ive tryed to work down the list but given up.
I can help there.
£733k SME Retail Loan in the Pipeline Loans Section.
12% Lender Rate.
I can see from the Q&As that you're aware of HoH Ltd's existing FC loan, currently 43 days overdue for the March payment. But what about the various CCJs that were the reason for FC removing the loan's Risk Band many months ago and keeping it removed ever since?

Looks like #152 may be in the process of repaying. Now showing 0% interest rate.

35 showing 68% interest interesting That's what the contract the borrower signed says.
Whether its sensible to have punitive default interest in contracts is another matter altogether, and if it is whether that info should be disclosed to lenders at the outset of the loan.
There were probably very good reasons in this case why AC felt it appropriate, and the borrowers sleight of hand with the security suggests that AC were spot on.

Wow so 68% is the correct rate ok i am not in this loan at all and i find it kind of difficult that 68% can in any practical conditions with a loan in trouble being recoverable however the longer i compare ac professionalism with other sites i am involved in the more i fell confident in them.I feel, and there have been it seems by some investers view questionable loans, but it is the little bits that delay drawdowns frustrating as they are which show a attention to detail not perfect but a vast order of difference to there competitors.Hence though a disappointing level of default a good level of full recovery. As a small invester growing diversity as i know a big default in a critical loan could in theory wipe out my gains over bank rates within reason i have some confidence in the more traditional security offered and a coldish view over valuations given.Just to say knowledge gained from this site is critical to my continued involvement in p to p and its been an enjoyable and instructive journey over the last 15 months thank you all. Ps overall return so far 9.5 %, losses 0%, loans in trouble as today none , skilled err no, lucky yes,can it continue no,but that is what you on this site makes me understand.

The due date was today and with no future schedule in place to calculate accruing interest, the display drops to zero. It's now been given a months extension to May, although no sign of todays interest... yet (it's commonly a couple of days late, going off past performance).

Looks like #152 may be in the process of repaying. Expected last week, but still doesn't appear to have happened. The good news is that AC seem to have engaged The Doctor to help them out. From the most recent (14/Apr) activity update...

A couple of odd transactions for a Sunday evening...
#45 posted an interest payment.
#223 posted a capital repayment of about £100k.
PS. There may have been others, but these are the only two I saw on my statement.

A couple of odd transactions for a Sunday evening... #45 posted an interest payment. #222 posted a capital repayment of about £100k. PS. There may have been others, but these are the only two I saw on my statement. On my statement #223 made a chunky capital repayment; #222 just paid interest. Also interest and amortisation payments from #204.
