Has anyone received a voting email supposedly sent yesterday for suspended Loan #47? edit Ooops ... today. Maybe they haven't sent it yet.

Same here. Has a slightly different title to previous ones 'We want your opinion' rather than lender vote, looks more like a survey so might have been spammed I suppose.

Discrimination! My partner received one, but nothing for 'yours truly'! First non-receipt of an AC email. Well, first I'm aware of anyway.

For those not logged on here (or signed up to the pink pages) there is some info on the pink pages (& loan Q&A) lenders on the loan (#47) to the dentist may wish to look at.
Btw seems possible to make manual votes by email to AC, should you wish to change your vote (or if you did not receive the invitation to vote).

Re non-receipt of emails......
I've now determined a possible reason why I'd not received the latest 'vote' email.
I use Spamgourmet to prevent emails from unwanted sites clogging my in-box, and while AC 'vote' communications originating from 'surveymonkey.com' get through, the latest (received by my partner but not myself) was sent from 'surveymonkeyuser.com' which I'd never seen previously, and consequently not on my 'Trusted Sender' list.
If this is indeed the cause, it might not just be me that's been affected!

I'm tagging chris and andrewholgate to draw it to their attention, unless you've contacted them directly?

#381 & #392 are due further drawdowns. I note that AC has actually provided updates explaining whats happening/suspension will occur. Wonder if they came up with this themselves or it was suggested by a lender(s) In other news #208 looks like it might be problematic on the recovery front ( not really surprising given its history). Happy to have dumped that one a while back.

Some good (if not yet water-tight) news on #136 which will light up the eyes of some of you daring dashing 15 percenters. This was originally a 6M bridging loan (2014 vintage), goes to show with a bit of patience, skill (& perhaps a spot of luck - haven't followed) things can sometimes turn out very nicely.

Presume you meant #136 (Essex BL)? In other news, funds have been received fully to repay #194 (Beau****s Care Home). Likewise #285 (S**** K**** Land Bridge)

Don't think the local authority will see much of their rate arrears though. See Q&A May 5th 2016. EDIT: Add the rate arrears to the net redemption and it's a disturbingly round number.
